It is my absolute pleasure to support you and Give Kids The World. Speaking of, for anyone who may have missed it, The Season Pass very recently posted a great interview with Neal McCord of GKTW; do check it out: http://seasonpasspodcast.libsyn.com/tspp-261-give-kids-the-world-with-neal-mccord-22114

jray21
I'm a little unclear on something. The event is held on 2 coasters...Does the half the group marathon one, and the other half the second? Or does the whole group marathon one and then all move to the second? At CGA, they split the group into two, then switched after lunch. Had a few more people sign up for the CGA page! Looks like our team is slowly getting bigger, can't wait to see how we do this year.

PhantomNick
Signed up for Kings Dominion this year instead of Dorney! Great event and even better cause! Welcome to the party, Chris! KD will be rocking this year! Great to see many of the TPR teams growing in size and starting to gain some fundraising momentum! Don't forget to utilize your social media in spreading the word out about this cause! And don't be afraid to encourage others to spread the word and share it with their friends and family as well. You never know, if the message hits the right person, it could lead to some extra donations. Also, just a little heads up - Robb had mentioned to keep your eyes peeled down the road for some cool giveaways tied to donations.....there might be some randomly awesome park goodies involved!! yankeeman311
Just a quick question. If you're on a team do you still have to raise your own $75 or does it just have to average $75 per person on the team?
cfc
^You have to raise the $75 yourself.

PhantomNick
Well, today is St. Patrick's Day, and we all know most people love to celebrate with something green - they wear green, they drink green beer, etc. But here's a thought: what if, in honor of St. Patty's Day, we got TPR members to donate some green to this wonderful cause?? Through these first couple weeks, Team TPR has already raised $2,716 for GKTW! (as of 6pm today) However, I'd love to see that number hit $5,000 by the end of this week! Come on, TPR members, let's embrace this St. Patty's Challenge! Donating is easy! Head over to the first page, and you will see a list of every Team TPR participant, along with a link to their fundraising page. Right now I have all the links up for the first 6 parks, and I'll get the rest of them up later this evening. (Incidentally, this means that moving forward, I need you to PLEASE POST in here when you join a TPR team, so I can then go update the lists. Thanks!) Pick a friend, pick someone random, and donate! Help us hit $5k by the end of this week!! I know we can do this.....Go Team TPR!!
