larrygator
The ride will be named "The Cú Chulainn Coaster", after an Irish folk hero. CuChuCo - Done!

neovortex2k
HHmm yes that is a bit weird. However Ireland has so much Irish folklore (Cú Chulainn being one of the more famous so it's perfect for its first wooden coaster) that his is a great jumping off point for more themed rides. Dar
They've announced on the radio that it opens May 20th! Edited April 5, 2015 by larrygator
StealthFan
^That seems like a pretty tight time frame to get the ride finished by from the construction pictures I have seen recently, plus factoring in testing it will be interesting to see if they make the date. Good luck to the park in getting it open in time though and I'm sure this will do some great business for them.
Dar
ECC confirmed that it won't open then. No new date was provided. Edited April 5, 2015 by robbalvey
StealthFan
^That doesn't surprise me at all. If I was to take a wild stab in the dark and guess when this will open I would put my money on late June/early July but who knows. I'm sure the park are just as eager to get this open as we are to ride it.

rcjp
Looking great. It seems that the layout is kept relatively close to the ground most of the time. Should mean some nice speed.
Nrthwnd
I would call it a "sleek design" for this coaster. Looks sweet. Speed should be great.
