A.J. Posted April 3, 2012 Posted April 3, 2012 For me, it's probably Wildcat at Hershey Park followed by any Vekoma Boomerang. Really? I for one think that Wildcat and Sidewinder are both re-rideable.
cal1br3tto Posted April 3, 2012 Posted April 3, 2012 ^Personally, I thought Wildcat was decently suited to a backseat mini-marathon last year. Sidewinder I could avoid for the rest of my life, though it wasn't painful and I like the new restraints. Â Even among people who have ridden it during the same era (PTCs or MFs), Wildcat seems to stir up a lot of completely opposing opinions, not just about roughness but also airtime. Maybe the experience varies a lot?
Moose Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Forget about the same era, I ride wildcat bite same day as you (I think) and found it to be rough enough not to voter riding it a second time. I don't think it's the worst I've ridden, but it wasn't enjoyable.
11slataus Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Mean Streak 2011 in the rain, last car, last row. The trims barely worked they were so wet. VERY rough ride, however I had a great time as it was the fastest ride I've ever gotten on Mean Streak. The Rattler in the last car is a close second.

I actually don't think Rattler is that rough, but I do agree about Mean Streak. Rode in the last car and was very close to thinking I had broken my ribs.
coasterfansince1999 Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 Demon @ SFGAm Front Row  After THAT, Tylenol was the only concern
IronWolfman Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 ^Demon was that Rough? Â The roughest for me was Zues @ Mt. Olympus. I felt like I was dead. PLEASE MT. O., Maintain your rides.
Hydraglow Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 At first it was Ghostrider. The curve at the bottom of the first drop sent a jarring pain up my spine. Â But X2 topped it. 2nd to back, outside seat, right side. I didn't know it was possible rides could get that painful.

The corkscrews feel like sledgehammers. And in you are sitting in the front row on the loops, the Positive G's HURT!!!!
coasterfansince1999 Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 ^^^ Definetely true. That ride is horrible.
simaticable Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 ^I could see a wingrider on that pond being absolutely beautiful!
jmgpannal Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 The Ultimate at Lightwater Valley for me! Still love the ride though!
Coaster Cordalis Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 I better know the European coasters, so I'll go for Bandit (Movie Park Germany) or Anaconda (Waligator Parc, France), I guess.
Coaster Cordalis Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 Sorry for the double post, but I changed my mind. I'll now go for Coaster Express at Parque Warner Madrid, Spain. It was so bad that I kind of suppressed it... "Worst ride ever!"
cfc Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 Personally, I think you were right the first time, but I've never been to Parque Warner.
Coaster Cordalis Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 Personally, I think you were right the first time, but I've never been to Parque Warner. Â Which one do you mean, then? Bandit is disturbingly rough, but they changed parts of the track for this (or last?) season, I think... Â And Anaconda was more boring than really rough, as far as I remember now. But I might mix something up here. Â Anyway, Coaster Express was worse. My back (and lower back) hurt for at least ten days. No fun at all on the way back to northern Germany by car (aprox. 18-20 hours)... Never again!
rubysparkles Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 I found Hurler at KD pretty bad. And I had a huge headache after Revolution at SFMM.

Coaster Cordalis Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 ^ "Both were painful experiences" That's for sure!
real_cameron Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 Ninja(SFOG) + the Vekoma trains = Same! I was so excited to ride it because it looked so nice and it was over the water. Then once I got off the ride I had to sit down for like 10 minutes!

cfc Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 ^Perhaps you were so woozy after one ride that you thought you rode it five times.
