BeemerBoy Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 --Robb "Hey BeemerBoy... surprised it took this long?" Alvey Yes, definitely!
jray21 Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Looks like you guys are having a great time! Glad you're getting snow!
cymonster-rex Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 it turns out its not snowing in Australia so i made a sand coaster in some sand dunes. my life sucks
cfc Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Just when you thought the Snow Coaster looked like fun before... wait until you see it at *NIGHT!!!*Â [youtube2] [/youtube2](said in a smug voice) "Oh...well... YOU haven't been on Snow Coaster if you haven't ridden it at NIGHT!" Â And what is the ideal temperature and relative humidity for an optimum riding experience?
larrygator Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Did Chris count the launch version with TPDave pushing him as another credit?
CpBluestreakCp Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Looks like an awesome time. I've been to some resorts for tubing and such but none of them had that big of slopes, it looks epic. And the snow coaster looks fun as well, too bad we don't have enough snow here yet in Ohio to do anything like that.
LolaEliot Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 lol.... It looks so funny. I wanna join you. It's so sad that there is not snow in my town.
Kyle Coleman Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Feeling sad about living in the desert with no backyard coaster to call my own. Also, the night version totally counts as a new credit.
robbalvey Posted December 25, 2012 Author Posted December 25, 2012 Work continues on the "Snow Coaster" (yes, we now have three runs) - what would you like to see us add? Launch, inversion, FIRE, tracer lights? Help us design the ride!
Nrthwnd Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Hmmm. Â Maybe those "rope lights" lining the edge of the run? Â And a TUNNEL! Ooooooo, that could be fun AND scary!
MonorailORANGE Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 The epic Snow Coaster should get refurbed with a tunnel! TPR members always "take the tunnel!"
cfc Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 I"d like to see them install a bear with dynamite.
Intaman Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Maybe give it the RMC-treatment when it begins to wear and rename it NSAC.
Intaman Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 I suppose you could also try something similar to Hades and run Snow Coaster underneath the yard.
ArundelHigh Coasters Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 You should have bunny hop hills, and have a "mist effect" for themeing, and come up with a name!!!
robbalvey Posted December 25, 2012 Author Posted December 25, 2012 You should have bunny hop hills, and have a "mist effect" for themeing, and come up with a name!!! We have a name! It's called "Snow Coaster" aka "SNOLOCoaster!"

TommyG663 Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 I'm kinda surprised I haven't seen this attempted before. There have to be like a ton of things you can do to expand on this. Can't wait to see what gets added next.
mikeykaise Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 I like the drop into the sharks mouth but it needs to be a dive machine drop so that way you can contemplate being eaten by a shark for a few seconds.
robbalvey Posted December 26, 2012 Author Posted December 26, 2012 ^ I sort like the idea of just pushing the sled off a cliff of snow! lol
simaticable Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 How about you put a dark ride section in there? Also, how many credits does Jeff Johnson count this as?
TPDave Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 Each run actually counts as a different credit as the sled carves a slightly different path each time.
