Like the title says, I want to know why you love TPR and spend lots of time here.

For me I love being able to read legible forums.

I love that everyone has a sense of humor.

I love meeting lots of awesome people.

I love the epic events and tours that Robb and Elissa organize.

I love looking at the epic TR's that everyone uploads.

I love getting reliable information about parks, attractions and current events.

I love being able to buy movie length coaster video's and force my family to watch them.

I love that my work doesn't block TPR so when I've got nothing else to do there's always a way to keep myself entertained.

Now tell me why you love TPR...

-The people

Chris "could give you a 500 word diatribe about how Robb's mentality and Elissa's wit , helped form a community that is comprised of the most normal, friendly, and outgoing group of people in the roller coaster community. But seriously, that's a lot of words." Con

I love TPR because it was my first theme park website that I became a member of, most of the members here have a realistic way at looking at the theme park community, as well as the best theme par events and trips.

Seriously, I went to Phall Phun Phest last year and had a decent time. This year I went to East Coast Bash and had a blast! Everyone was really friendly, kind, and curtious. It was easy to start a conversation and hang out with people.

When I went back to PPP this year, it was really different. Mostly everyone seemed to keep to themselves, the memorabillia swap-meet looked like it was a group of people who didn't not want to be found out to be buying that stuff, and it seemed to be less enjoyable. Because of this, I would much rather be a Club TPR member (which I just recently signed up for) than an ACE member.

TPR doesn't suffer from "clicks" amongst its members like other coaster forum sites (not to use names). People respect opinions for the most part, and egos are kept to a minimum. We keep our maturity level in check, but still have a bunch of fun and laughs along the way.

Also, the icing on the cake for TPR being my new favorite site is how much fun TPR has during events. You guys were hands down the most fun group we hosted at Waldameer, and I wish TPR can come to any park I might work at in the future every season. As much as I thoroughly enjoyed the privilege to stay late and operate for TPR, I can't wait until the day I can afford to participate in one of the tours.

Theme Park Review in my opinion has the best forums out of any theme park website. The discussion on the forums is entertaining, informative, and realistic. I like how Robb, Elissa, & the TPR moderators keep the forums clean of the General Public which is a major problem in other forums. Theme Park Review has always been the best way to showcase my creations on various roller coaster games as I always get a rating on the Game Exchange. I like how the Park Index has the member ratings so I know how good the park is out of the general reviews. I'm going to my first TPR event hopefully next year: West Coast Bash 2013 at Knott's Berry Farm and I am very excited to meet the TPR group in real life. I would like to thank Theme Park Review for being the best way to find news and discussion and of how my knowledge of theme parks became much more mature through posting in these forums.

I really enjoy Theme Park Review as I have over 2000 posts for a reason. Thank you TPR team for making the best theme park website in the internet.

It was all the free beer.

But seriously folks, TPR was the site that got me interested in the hobby. I'd been a member of a few other sites (mostly Disney related) but tired of them quickly. They took themselves far too seriously. As we all know, that's not an issue here. I've met a lot of great people here, too.

It's the only theme-park-related site I know that's consistently informative and entertaining.

There's not really much to say that hasn't already been said.

The people here are amazing, laid back and amusing. No one really takes this admittedly ridiculous hobby too seriously and knows how to have fun.

TPR got me out of my hermit funk, and got me back into interacting with other human beings.

Oh yeah, and riding coasters, internationally, too.

Big Bearhugs to the Alveys for that.

Hmm. Why do I love TPR? Probably because it's a group of enthusiasts who love coasters, but aren't totally insane about the hobby. They all have awesome personalities, and although everyone has a different personality, everybody meshes together to create the awesome group that is here. Because of all the little jokes we have, no matter how overused, it creates a environment that only TPR could create. Because of how everyone, even just forum lurkers, treat one another like family, not someone across the country on the web that they will never meet. Because how Robb and Elissa (and KidTums too) create awesome trips, and put throw their entire day away to let us have a great one, not matter how ghetto the park is. TPR is just a giant family of coaster enthusiasts, who are all awesome.

That's why I love Theme Park Review.

I really love the fact that I have made several friends through TPR, ones I regularly meet up with when we visit CGA! It's take a few seasons but now I pretty much have a regular group of TPR members I hang out with on a constant basis! And there are plenty more local TPR members to meet!

And of course, this site has a huge amount of traffic flow, keeping it fresh daily (unlike other sites which remain unnamed). There is plenty of park updates to keep all of us happy, both official updates and updates through other members. Best of all, I feel 'at home' here, felt that way when I first signed up in 2005. Sure there's plenty of rules to follow but in the end everything's pretty much 'down to earth' here.

TPR managed to convince me that you don't have to be a large unattractive gay man wearing a patch jean jacket to appreciate roller coasters.

Not that there's anything wrong with large unattractive gay men wearing patch jean jackets.

I love TPR because once I was done being intimidated, I realized that TPR had been one of the best sources of information and videos around. Then I went on a trip, and I met some of the most amazing people ever. So I can safely say TPR changed my life for the better because of the people I talk to and hang out with.

I like the fact the mods do such a good job of keeping the forums noise free (even if I don't always think a topic lock is warranted).

I love the photo +video reports, particularly the "wheeeeeeeeee"'s

I love the secret santa

And I love the way Robb is going to send me a free ticket for next years tours!! (well - no harm in trying!!)

I love TPR because...

...it makes me laugh every day.

...helped me get over some great fears.

...got me traveling around the world.

...I met some great people while doing that^.

...R&E host some great events.

...everybody involved with TPR does a great job.

...I now know there are people with the same quirks as me.

...IT IS JUST AWESOME
