If you had an unlimited amount of money...

In fact, what I'll do is buy my way into the governments of every nation, and abolish money. Lol.

But wouldn't that be unfair to the people who have worked hard all their life and made such a profit. Trust me, money works!

I would buy a nice house and buy cars, guitars and travel the world of all it's wonders and of course, Ride Rollercoasters!

If only

I would give everyone else unlimited money(cause I have unlimited... can give it away and it would all replenish) and create a working communist society... It's hypothetical so I don't need to worry about societal issues involving work and problems with communism.

Once you give everyone else money too, everyone has the same thing and it all becomes worthlesss and your back to square one.

I would travel all over the world with friends.

I would have myself a nice little amusement park in the backyard, with onboard ride controls (so that I don't have to hire a ride op).

In all realisticness, I would pay everything off in my family's household: house, cars, etc. Still wouldn't mind having an Intamin drop tower in my back yard, would pay the city a generous amount for a permit to have such a thing in my backyard...I'm sure that with a large sum of money, the city can bend the zoning ordinances some to allow such a thing!

In order of my first priority to last.

1) Pay off all the loans for my family.

2) Take care of any major expenses for my family and friends (surgery, houses, cars, school, etc.)

3) Pay off the national debt (Why? Because it'd be baller!)

4) Travel the world. *Note: Private Jet? I think so.

5) Build my own town/city (depending on how many would be interested in living there)

That's pretty much it. I'd just want to make sure all of my close family and friends are successful, then take my attempt at city building and use concepts borrowed from all over the world to make a beautiful society.

I don't like the unlimited amount of money thing, since I could do everything I ever wanted and still have way too much left over. So, I will answer this question instead: If I had a large (10 digit) sum of money...

1. Give enough to my close family members that they would all be able to retire immediately.

2. Get a nice house, nice car, whatever other personal stuff I would want.

3. Visit anywhere in the world I want to visit and do anything I feel like doing.

4. Save the rest until I have a use for it or donate it to charity, keeping only what I need.

If it was really unlimited, then of couse building my own theme park would be on the list. However, with a finite amount, I'd rather not as I'd like the flexibility to create whatever attractions come to mind without worrying about going bankrupt due to them.

If I had unlimited money, I would run for my life before the "occupy wall street" protestors killed me.

But all jokes aside, some decent ideas I've thought of or heard mentioned so far:

1. Pay off the national debt

2. Do all the other charitable things that I can think of

3. Restart the Shuttle Program, or get the replacement program moving faster

4. Build a home/amusement park for my family, friends, or other events

5. Travel the world and get all of my "bucket list" credits

6. As others have said, go on EVERY TPR trip.

7. Get whatever treatment/therapy I would need to be able to ride coasters into my 90's.

Anyone ever seen the movies "Blank Check" and "Richie Rich?" I would totally buy a house that combines all the stuff they had: go kart track, waterslide from bedroom to pool, roller coaster (a good one), and a McDonalds inside the house.

I imagine my dream theme park all the time! I envision a park that is technically possible, but still way too grandiose to be realistic. To keep it challenging, it's a little more limited than just including "every ride that has ever existed" or "anything I can dream of". However, I like the idea of taking nearly every attraction I love or would love to see, putting them in one park, and running them exactly how I want.

Wow there is a few people that like to put a downer on this . Can't you guys just have fun , enjoy the stupidity of the question and stop talking about the economy of the world . Take a look at everyone elses comments, they are writing about what they dream to do if they had this money and some of the stuff is genius .

- I would buy video games. Lots and lots of video games.

- I would buy BGW and pay the KIngsmill residents to shut up about any noise.

- I'd get myself one of those cool display trains that they have in the IAAPA show floor.

- New car/house doesn't sound bad.

- Travel the world and visit countries that I otherwise would've never visited.

- Travel to different parks on my world tour.

- Bailing out countries in financial trouble is a good idea.

- I'd buy out Facebook and add dislike buttons to everyone's profile. Throw in the ability to revert your profile back to old settings and improve privacy.

- Private island anyone?

- Organize an end of the world TPR party cruise aboard the two biggest cruise liners in the world in December 2012

- Go into outer space.

- Take over the world

-Purchase my entire gun collection wish list. Minus the accessories, the ammunition, and the dozen guns that are so uncommon I can't find a price for them (some of them even the caliber or the name) it is currently worth about $250,000. (50 non-automatics worth about $70k, 8 automatics worth about $171k.)

-Supply my grade school district with all of the top of the line musical instruments that it will ever need, and handle all the repair bills, and renovate the auditorium so it actually is acoustically designed.

-Fund a project to research FTL (faster than light) travel.

-Start up Strata Thrills Company.

-Start a Punkin' Chunkin team at SUNY University at Buffalo.

-I would consider developing a military assault walker.
