fraroc
Is it weird If I like Vekoma Boomerangs? I loved Sidewinder at Hershey every time I went on it, sure, it beats me up, but I don't care, I think it's fun.

cal1br3tto
Somehow, on my last coaster trip I managed not only to only get one new Boomerang credit, but also to successfully only ride ONE Boomerang? cwgator
The only one I've been on is Boomerang @ Wild Adventures. Â That was this past March. I wasn't all that fond of it; although I did ride twice in a row since there was no line. I was fine going forward, but going backwards through the cobra roll was not a pleasant feeling. Of course this one still has the old restraints too; not that I think it would have been better with the new ones...it is a Vekoma after all...lol. I love going backwards on coasters normally. I loved Viper (when it was at SFOG), Thunder Road and Rebell Yell when they had a backwards train, and even the backwards portions on Expedition Everest and Revenge Of The Mummy (USF). Â The next opportunity to ride another one will be when I go to Carowinds next season (hadn't been since '08).

Sammy*
this is a bit off subject but since were talking boomerangs, I will go ahead and mention this. I thought Magnum was the first roller coaster to exceed 200 feet in height. But Moonsault Scramble @ Fuji-Q Highland, a boomerang, operated from 1983-2000. Stood 230 ft. tall.
