BeemerBoy started a textual argument with me a week or two ago because I was acting older than I should, that I shouldn't curse (I try to keep it under moderation), and that I should treat my elders better.

 

Needless to say, I tried to ignore him, but he kept getting on my case.

 

I really want to drop it, but it's been about a WEEK since it was last brought up, and if he wants to keep arguing over the internet, fine with me. Just keep it to PMs, please.

Did I miss the point of this thread, then? I don't seem to see any name calling there, just a simple rant statement. Perhaps someone's feeling guilty about something? I think the mods and I will be discussing this matter later. I believe the pm's I saved will prove my case. Oh, and one more thing. If you're gonna attempt a flame war, please get your facts straight before going public with things. You're not quite the innocent angel you're trying to make yourself out to be. Those of us who were unfortunate enough to see the original version of your BGT PTR can surely attest to that.

Did I ever say I was an innocent angel? Cursing isn't the only thing that can offset the innocence-o-meter, as you surely saw from my original BGT trip report.

 

I'm not attempting a flame war. You're doing exactly what you did earlier - pulling something out of nothing. I don't care if you've saved the PMs, because they're exactly what their name is - Private Messages. Save them all that you want, I'm pretty sure that what I said to you in private can be handled differently than what's said in public.

 

Like I said, I want to keep this argument to PMs, but you seem shy to send one. I don't want to make this little feud an inconvienence for everyone else on TPR, so kindly either shut the hell up or talk to me privately.

I HATE Musicians Friend right now! I am a loyal customer , have been for 8+ years, and they shafted me royally. I initially ordered everything last friday, and its been a week of hell dealing with their online phone ordering dept. I usually order everything online, but i had to order over the phone because I had a pricematch request. If I would have know I was going to go through this, I would have ate the difference in price and got my order here earlier this week! Im mainly angry MF doesnt care do compensate me for their ineptitude.

Every other day, they would call me with something they forgot to do, or info that they lost that they needed again, like they lost the customer service number I gave them for the credit card so they could verify it (that call was at 11pm ET on a Saturday). Then they called back saying that they initially gave me the wrong total, that it was more than what i was quoted, which not only were they not crediting me for, but they still hadnt shipped the part because I hadnt approved the incorrect total. So I happily payed more than what I was told, in hopes it would still get here on friday.

Then Wed they called to see if the shipping I initially wanted, which was regular shipping, was really the shipping that I wanted, or if I wanted overnight shipping... And they still hadnt shipped my order. Luckily, after I expressed my disgust with them up until this point, they upgraded me to overnight shipping free of charge, but only after speaking with a supervisor..

Now coupe de grace, was I received an email dated this morning, that the item I really needed was backordered. Well, it wasnt friday when I ordered it, and it wasnt Wed when they called me, they said everything was due to be shipped out.. They state that just ordering alone doesnt reserve the product, and sometime between Wed and when the order processed someone must have ordered the item causing me to be backordered until 5/30. Now, its their fault that this happened, and they acknowledged this. They apoligized and said "well, we would be more than happy to cancel this item for you." I asked if they could keep the item on the order and credit me for their inconvenience, they said no.

 

Its just crazy they that I had this many problems, and I probably wont be dealing with them for a long time.

Alrite everyone, it's time to let my rant out:

 

This week has really really sucked and I've had several painful things happen to me. I'll go day by day from this week.

Monday: Fine. Nothing really horrible happend.

Tuesday: Track meet. Should be good right? Wrong. I got kicked out of long jump because I didn't place in the top 5, my watch got broken by a fat ass annoying kid at my school.

Wednesday: Pretty much a fine day until I get home. I realize that my wallet was stolen on Tuesday at the track meet. I was devastated because my Disneyland pass was in there and I really wanted to visit it again before my pass expires on June 16th.

Thursday: Good day until 7th period. I was closing a door for my teacher and my hand got slammed in the door. I was sent to the office and couldn't compete in the track meet that day. I was in pain until Friday morning.

Friday: I was pretty much emo all of today. My hand was still bugging the crap outta me and I wasn't to friendly. I didn't get to go to a school carnival with my friends. I was supposed to go to Disneyland tonight and now I can't because my pass got stolen.

 

If you guys could just keep me in your prayers and thoughts it would be great because I'm going through a really tough time right now. Thanks.

Well, last night, we ended up trying to go to DLR. We pull off the freeway for the parking structure, and my freakin sister remembers that she forgot her pass. It's already 7:30, so by the time we go back and then drive all the way back, find a parking spot, and take the tram into the park it would be 8:30. It sucked so hardcore, I got all hyped up, and then all low. I hate this week.

People who watch too many t.v. commercials, buy that 4 wheel drive SUV (that can climb vertically up a mountain) drive in front of me, and slow down 50% for a smoothly graded railroad track, when I can fly over it at the posted speed limit. Perhaps the bump would knock the cell phone out of their hands ???

Damn i hate stupid school rules, i got my first referal today. I have had a clean state from kindergarten to the end of my junior year. So today i go into history and a kid asks me to borrow a pencil. I said that he would have to sharpen it because it hadn't been sharpened before. We were both siting in our desks with no one around us, barely out of reaching distance. So it tossed the pencil to him, i mean barely tossed it and the teacher pointed at me and signaled for me to come to him. Then he pulled out a referal slip and started filling it out. I asked if i needed to take my stuff and he said " no, throwing a pencil in my class is an automatic out." So i went, with the slip to the office it said that i threw a pencil and that he had already asked me not to throw them and so forth, he never told me not to throw a pencil. So i get to the assistant principals office and they told me to go sit in this little room that had a bunch of stools next to little cubicles in the wall, walls on both sides and in front of you. Then my counselor called me in and asked me why i would throw a pencil at a teacher, and i said that that wasn't what happened. I told her what happened and she started laughing, and said then why did he send you in. I told her i had no idea. She said that he wouldn't accept me back in class and just to sit and read for two hours and that she would let me off without detention or anything. WTF? This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard of, i was confused the whole rest of the day. How the hell is an unsharpened pencil gonna stab someone or hurt some one if i lob it to them. I feal that he should have told me or given me a warning, but nope he just sent me out of his class. I didn't even realize that i had thrown it when i did, i was just being nice and letting someone borrow a pencil. As of now, im still confused as to why the hell i got a referal. Again, just for the hell of it....WTF?

I'm in my baseball league's World Series. If we lose on Saturday we have to play on Monday...at 3 PM...meaning that I have to get out at 1:30 PM to get changed and make it to the field for warmups...and my school ends at 3:50 PM...wow.

 

And I'm going to IOA tomorrow, but Dragons is supposed to be closed. Damn.

I am mad because my English teacher gave me a D+ on my essay. I did a good job, and worked hard. The thing that makes me really mad, is that out of about 10 things to grade on I got mostly 3's, two 4's and two 2's.

I think I should have gotten a B on it because that's what score I got on thr rubric! She decides to give me a D because she feels like it. She gave me a B score, but decided to put a D+ on it.

Ya Looser Nerd I think that was completetly out of line that your teacher gave you a referal without warning you for just tossing a pencil or not asking why you threw the pencil in the first place not giving you a chance at all whatsoever and treating you like you a terrorist that committed some sort of lethal act!
