Moose Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 This is soooo very tempting, but not sure if I can get the logistics to work not even a week after I get back from MidAmerica.
Speeddeamon128 Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 This event actually falls when I will be driving back from Orlando which is perfect! I just need to see if I anyone will be coming with me to Florida. If not I will register hopefully by the end of the week
Josh Linn Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 Gahh I really want to go, but driving 5 hours alone is brutal, and I don't want to be "that guy" walking around alone for 12 plus hours. Gonna be a game time decision for me.
Medusa1861 Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 So after an awesome Europe trip. I decided to try to never do an amusement park without ever again. So when this opened up. I'm 100%. My question is though. That I would like to also join club TPR and be one of the first non-charters! I'd like to send a check, all in one go. So can I purchase both, and then send a check specifying that this is for both the bash and club? Or is your account set up that i would need an individual check for each?
ms13 Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 This sounds darn fun, and it falls around my birthday, so if I can find anybody to meet up with, I'm so there!

coasterdude28 Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 This sounds like a great event. I've never been to a TPR event but really would like to go. I'll hopefully be signing up later in the week once I confirm I'll be available. Thanks TPR!
DarienLakeFanBoy Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 OMG I WOULD GO! I REALLY WOULD! But i am going to Kings Dominion August 18th... kinda sucks lol! well the day you guys will be there would be the day after my 17th b-day
Homeboy23 Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 Just signed up! This will be my first TPR event, can't wait!
thrillrider Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 This sounds great. Just have to make sure I have the time off to go. Has there been any news on the six flags chicago trip yet?
odene497 Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 This is tempting. I've been trying to get down to the park so this would be the best way to do it. RIGHT after Mid America too. August is gonna be busy.
B-RadG Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 Just signed up. Totally looking forward to this. Only downside is that I'm having my wisdom teeth cut out a couple days before so I'll be all loopy on pain medicine
crazydaveh Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 I am checking on flights to the Williamsburg area as I plan to hit BGW the day before or after. Anyone else looking to head up there from Orlando? Also, the "one beer per participant" line... Only one beer all day? Can we purchase more? Does KD sell beer?
coasterfreak101 Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 I'll be there, for my first-ever TPR event!
angryemobeaver Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 Damn! I want to go so bad! I still need these credits at KD... -Ghoaster Coaster -Taxi Jam -Avalanche -FoF -Backlot -1 side of Rebel Yell -Shockwave -Hurler And I really want to re-ride I305 and Volcano! I would totally go but being a Sunday, I can't. I live like ten hours away from KD and would miss school the next day. Thats fine with me, but not my parents...
biomegaceu Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 This might sound like a stupid question, but if we want to bring guests do they also have to be members of the TPR forums? I live near Tampa, but I'm going to visit my dad up near there during that day and we were planning on going to KD anyway, so this would be a perfect opportunity.

Also, the "one beer per participant" line... Only one beer all day? Can we purchase more? Does KD sell beer? There's a gas station directly across the road from KD, so if you want to get a small buzz going you can go over there and get a 40 or something
dammie16@vt.edu Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 Argh and half! Sunday is no go as I have to be to work by 10pm in Ohio haha Chris "Always so close to TPR events yet still so far!" Damm P.S. It is awesome to see the branching of these "bash" events to other parks!
espm1000 Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 I want to go, but although I'm a short distance a way compared to the rest of you all (Va. Beach) I don't have a way to get there!
robbalvey Posted July 15, 2010 Author Posted July 15, 2010 How would I go about paying with a money order? You place your order with the TPR store. Print out your order email and send it in. --Robb
