Done! Top coaster was still Thunderhead with Ravine II a close second. Biggest changes this year was moving Ravine II ahead of favorite steel (MF) and Mean Streak out of last place which now goes to Grizzly.

Or this The only people over the age of 7 that I've seen fit to walk out of the zone were having asthma issues in the fog. In 2.5 years I've never seen a grown person who was so scared they had to be led out.

Personally if I recognize that a person is scared and not enjoying being scared (Crying, panicked, etc.) I will ask them if they want an escort out. If you are really panicked or crying or something and want out, be sure to ask. It is not always recognizable that you are not enjoying the scare zone and if you say things like, "Stop," or,"Please don't scare me anymore," we won't necessarily take that as a serious request. Asking to be led out however is always taken seriously. Edit: Should be noted that this is coming from an outdoor scare zone. In a house escorts out may be more difficult however they all should have fire exits of some kind it would just depend on the who can we let out of those policy.

Why is that? Because it is lame that's why. Boo is so, traditional. It is just one of those unwritten rules I guess. I wouldn't say it was unprofessional, just lame. We tell the Screamsters to use, "Hey!" If they want something generic until they flesh out a character.

Lots of good advice so far for you, going through third year as a Screamster here is my input. - It doesn't matter what you yell, it is when you yell it. I have scared with the following, and these are my favorites it is not extensive. "Scooby-doo, Economy, Razzle Dazzle, Cheetoes, Fruit Loops, Hubba Bubba, and my all time personal favorite Fallopian Tubes." - Someone earlier said direct from front scares don't work. That is not true. If you have good timing, loud noise, and sudden movement from nothing you can scare someone who has seen you walking toward them from 20 or more feet away. I wander my zone from front to back and vice versa, 50% of my scares are on people who have already seen me. The mantra I use is, "If you have good fundamentals (Timing, quickness, and noise) you can scare in broad daylight." The exit of Fear Faire was brightly lit opening weekend because they forgot to switch the lights off, me and another Screamster worked the exit in bright lights and got great scares. - Trial and error is a great learning tool. We can tell you lots of things to do but until you are out there you never know what you want to do. Learn the timing first, then work on a way to scare within your character. - Never ever ever ever ever ever ever (continue with ever's for sideways 8) ever say boo ever. Don't do it. - The last few posters mentioned bad guests. These things do happen, and you will get hit both on accident and on purpose. We had a girl get choked last year. Those are super rare though. You can always tell when it is an accident too. The worst friggin thing, and this is for the Theme Parks more then local haunts, is those damm lightsabers. Those stupid things hurt a lot and dumb parents tell their kids that they will protect them from the monsters. -Enjoy yourself. LeviaThon may be a go for me, I would only need to use two vacation days (Thursday night and Sunday night) as long as the start time in Buffalo worked out. Plus I'd save airfare because I could just drive there. And Waldameer aside all the credits would be new for me and Waldameer is always worth it!

^There were at least two nights of Halloweekends last year that had bigger crowds then the busiest nights of summer. One of them put the summer crowds to shame. He does not lie.

They don't park on the causeway itself just in front of the toll booths there. ^If you've never seen the park THAT busy, which again last Saturday really wasn't nearly as crazy as it could've been, you should go the Saturday of Columbus weekend.

In the Soak city lot and in the "Boat Show" Lot and on the causeway and on the biggest night last year across from the causeway where the dorms are. Also they park on the grass around the camper village and hotel and pretty much everywhere they can find space. As far as Fear Faire not being popular, it isn't so much that the zone isn't new and exciting it is more that people don't know it is there. They think the archways are some random themeing and never realize the zone is there at all. Club Blood also suffers as Fear Faire does from being a bit isolated at the front too. It is quite a hike from the other outdoor zones.
