Is anyone planning on being at the park on Saturday? I'm looking to meet up with anyone and hit up the water coasters at some point, too. It's always good meeting new TPR people.

I was watching a half hour ago and they had 6 - 7 more V supports on ground and were hooking up first to put up.

Wow, just got back in and they are all up and the crane is packed up. That was fast.

I wonder this as well! Me and my family always say the different station rhymes to each other in the dead of winter when we are missing and wanting some Holiday World time. I bet it keeps with the legend Holiday World has created. It seems such a small thing, but those rhymes actually do add to the whole experience of the rides, the park, and the fun.

I can literally recite the old voyage spiel by heart. It's sad. But after hearing it 12 hours a day everyday for months, it imprints in your brain.

^^Yep. That's what it's really all about - I'm a sucker for small details that just add to the experience. I miss those old recordings of Pat and Dan after the park closed if anyone knows what I'm talking about.

^ I never got to hear Dan and Pat's recording after closing, but I will always remember Will and Pat's. Haven't stayed that late since Will's kids and Matt have taken over, but I really hope they've done something or will do something similar to that. As others have mentioned, it is these small things that remind you that this is no ordinary park.
