^ The Kills, Shiny Toy Guns, Editors, The Presets. I love your list! My current addiction is Big D And The Kids Table. Ever since I saw them last summer, I really can't get enough of them! Stoked to get their new album and see them out on Warped Tour this summer.

Here is my updated list since I start liking new things and stuff.

These are in no order.

1.) Queen

-This is my all time favorite band. Seriously, there will never be a band that is as good as Queen was.

2.) The Beatles

-This is classic rock. All rock bands are influenced by The Beatles somehow.

3.) Supertramp

-Another classic band

4.) Bon Jovi

-A truly talented performer

5.) Van Halen

-IMO, the best guitarist alive

6.) Meat Loaf

-Easily the best song writer. He knows how to make 'epic' music

7.) MIKA

-Amazing singer

8.) Josh Groban

-The best male singer alive IMO

9.) Celin Dion

-The best singer alive, period.

10.) Fountains of Wayne

-A great newer band

Well Freddie Mercury was the greatest singer, songwriter, performer, and artist of all time. No one will ever be as good as he was.

Quoted for truth. No one will ever come close to the talent of Freddie Mercury.

Hoobastank, Queen, Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi. I like many bands but I listen to these the most.

^ Freddie Mercury was amazing, whoever took over for him will never be that good.

^I'm not sure if they were serious but I think Queen was thinking about recruiting Adam Lambert as the new frontman.

Yeah I don't care about all the stuff Michael Jackson did, Freddie Mercury was the greatest. Damn AIDS.

Michael wasn't the most talented or anything, he was just the most famous, ie, "King of Pop". Also, I'm not sure being the best "Pop" artist is something to really be proud of...

Freddie Mercury was the man.

^I don't know almost any lyrics of the bands that I like...

I don't think that that is a bad thing, I just listen to the music.

I've gotten really into Owl City a lot. Most of his songs are kinda gay but whatever.

I have 5 that I like,

I may not know all of the songs are the lyrics, but these bands are awesome

Black Tide

Metallica(old and new)

AC/DC

S.O.A.D

Slipknot(thanks the ghost)

If your going to listen to anyone why not make it the greats. You can never go wrong with Metallica, ACDC, or SOAD. And Slipknot are Gods, hands-down the greatest to ever take the stage.

Oh and it is always great to find another fan of Black Tide, a great band if your a fan of heavy metal. Too bad a lot of people don't know about them.

Why do people say things like this? Like I totally understand saying "They're hand downs my favorite band" or whatever, but realistically attaching an unequivocal "greatest to ever take the stage" to any band from the past 25 years or so is astoundingly ridiculous.
