BigBomer Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 For all time it is with no doubt Queen. As for bands that are still together (I know technically Queen is still together) Green Day.
Randomman295 Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 ^^ Haha, I know. I was trying to find an image of theirs that wasn't obnoxiously huge. I'm actually listening to Dramophone off of Panic now.

Groteslurf Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 Finnebassen. I ended up in a new electronic music era of my life since a year or two now. Still love The Ramones, Tool, Metallica, etc but electronic music is the thing for me at this moment. Wonder when i'll grow up
yay101 Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 August Burns Red is my favorite band. I really don't know why, I'm not a serious die-hard metalhead or anything, but I really like this band's instrumentals, lyrics, and vocals. Other favorites are Skillet, Black Veil Brides, Breaking Benjamin, Bullet for my Valentine, Casting Crowns, Red, Thousand Foot Krutch, Motionless in White (creatures era only, NOT infamous era) and System of a Down.

cal1br3tto Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 ^I either like, LOVE, or occasionally tolerate every one of those bands. Last time I threw out a name as a favorite, it was Foreigner, but I'm not claiming any official favorites for now. Currently I am hungrily jumping between a variety of artists in the expansive realm of late 60s-early 90s hard rock.

cal1br3tto Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 Hanoi Rocks. Awesomely catchy 80s glam rock. Inspired by Ramones, the Clash, Chuck Berry-style 50s and 60s rock 'n' roll, and various 70s glam stars. I discovered them through hair metal, but it doesn't matter whether you love or hate that style. They're definitely a completely different form of rock, but you can tell that they influenced later bands. For glam, I also love New York Dolls, Slade, and Mott the Hoople. For hair metalz I especially love Cinderella, not to mention standards Motley Crue and Guns 'n' Roses.

arby Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 I have many bands that I like from all genres but I honestly don't have a favorite. My favorite used to be Reel Big Fish but I have expanded out from there.
mightypotato Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 There are a lot of bands that I love, but out of everything (and after going through my iTunes library), here are the ones I would consider my "favourites". Basically, they're the bands I would never skip if they came to town (well, maybe not the dead ones). Plus, handy links for song examples! Alestorm Jimmy McGriff
TPDave Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 For any Foos fans out there who haven't seen it, I saw back and forth recently and loved it. It's a really good documentary about the history of the band. Highly recommended!
