I'm Czech (and I think Russian) on my dad's side. My mom's side, I don't know all of it, but I think some British.

My grandfather was Jewish. His birth name was Greenberg; but then he was adopted by a Rosenbaum. He didn't wanna sound like a Jew so he had his last name legally changed to Ross. How's that for some f**ked up genealogy?

According to this poll, we are my school... nearly 80% white. That's craaaaaaaaazzy.

My high school had you beat. Ours was like 98% white.

I'm white, and my ancestors were Scotch-Irish on my Moms side and Irish on my Dads side.

At my High School in Sarasota, FL we had 99 kids in my graduating class, 1 was black. The grade below me had no black kids. Talk about segregation! The south really still is behind!

Although we did have Asians and Pacific Indians!

My graduating class had about 400-500 kids in it. Most were white, but there were a lot of blacks. Not a whole lot of asians - for some reason, most of the asian kids went to this other school in the area. Very little hispanic population.

I guess there were so many black kids because of where we lived. Baltimore is 10 minutes north and DC is 30-40 minutes south.

The whole area I live in is bizarre. It's the 4th Most Affluent County in the country (we recently surpassed our rival, Montgomery County), so there are lots of mansions and stuff, but they also put subsidized housing (usually poor black families) in the middle of everything to try and "blend" people. You can be driving and pass a $5million house, then suddenly everything turns ghetto. It's so weird.

Demographics are fun, yay!
