coasterfreak101 Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 The layout I'm not a huge fan of, but I think the circular lift hill should be pretty neat if you can support it and make it look real!
PSiRockin Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 ^ Well, it''s unique for sure. Can't say I love it or hate it, but it the spiral idea is good. The execution could be better (use toggle chain). Your past screen was great. Other than the fact that the two egyptian walls near where the track dive through the building blend together, it's very nice. Good supports. @Braz, it's nice, but it seems to meander and make a loop. I agree with funkeymon, make it more compact (and twisty ).
braztaz Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 It's a unique idea, the rest of the layout just needs a little work!
QueerRudie Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 ^ INteresting interpretation of the LIM bowl coaster from Premier- I like it!
djbrcace1234 Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Looks very nice--and clean! just fill up the surroundings more and it will have a nice look to it. anyways, I actually had some free time today, for once it seems like. . .
PSiRockin Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 That waterfall's coming from nowhere Anyway, it's pretty good. Fantasy-style? I like it!
nin Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 What tells us that that is fantasy? everything in that screen could be made in real life. (The waterfall could me made from a pump, you know)
MayTheGForceBeWithYou Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 Taking some cues from Knott's new for 2011 maze, I present to you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yMPadzp1bYU I'm really busy this month, so it won't be ready for Halloween. I will try to finalize the project in November, but may go on into December.
AJClarke0912 Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 ^^All of your rides look quite cool! I never see you post them though.
A.J. Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 That's because they all take a long time to finish. I don't have a lot of time in my schedule to dedicate completely to NoLimits and CAD projects anymore.
coasterfreak101 Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 Just a little more. Been working on this a lot so hopefully soon the surroundings will start to take shape!
PSiRockin Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 ^ It is. I love how clean this is, and the little bridge going over the que. Nice idea.
Insanity Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 Coasterfreak: In it's own simple way, that is AMAZING
coasterlover420 Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 Not exactly something I am working on at the moment, but it's some of my latest: http://nolimits-exchange.com/coaster/black-star/4531

paradisecoaster Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 @ ryan: Try change the colors of either the coaster or the buildings, because it's all the same brown with red detail, and that makes it really tricky to tell what is what since they blend together too much...
braztaz Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Here is a Grizzly-inspired woodie layout. All of the screens I've been posting in the past few months are all from the same park, I just don't have enough for a full thread yet! What do you think?
A.J. Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 You might want to bank some of those turns, especially on the bottoms of drops.
B&MIntaminGCI Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Just a little B&M wing rider I'm working on called "Osprey"
imawesome1124 Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 ^ That's some serious first drop hotness right there. ^^^ I would recommend what ^^ said. Other than that the layout is pretty good.
