SharkTums Posted October 7, 2007 Posted October 7, 2007 ^No, we never travel over night. The only time we will ever do that is on the Scandinavia trip and that will be on a Ferry in Cabins. We're just smart and budget time well.
Nrthwnd Posted October 7, 2007 Posted October 7, 2007 ^ Elissa and Robb ^ Okay. I understand now. I could have read through the list you did post - but call me lazeee, lol. Great!
Thorpe park maniac Posted October 8, 2007 Posted October 8, 2007 2 questions for future reference: 1.if i go on an abroad trip when im like 20, will it be a separate from the price for the trip? 2. will TPR be running in 7 years time?
SharkTums Posted October 8, 2007 Posted October 8, 2007 1. If you mean airfare, that is separate. 2. Who knows? I would guess, yes.
SharkTums Posted October 10, 2007 Posted October 10, 2007 Flyers for China and Japan Trips will be going up VERY SOON!!!! If people are interested in another chat, we will be happy to host one!
ilovesmallcastles Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 Ok, my airfare doubt has been answered by the previous post. If I decide to join you on the Japan trip, should I catch up in California or make my own arrangements to arrive to Tokyo?
SharkTums Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 ^It's up to you! On the Japan Trip this year, about half of us were on the same flight from LAX - NRT and it was a lot of fun! Then about half the people showed up on their own. Totally up to you!
King of Ka Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 One quick question: when/where will a list of dates for each park be posted? Hope to see you guys at Dorney or SFGAdv!
Nrthwnd Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 ^ Probably when it's closer to the tour, itself.
hyyyper Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 One quick question: when/where will a list of dates for each park be posted? Hope to see you guys at Dorney or SFGAdv! only when the deadline is closed, only when the lottery has been held and only when the trips forums are opened, only then, will you find out the dates of the paticular parks.
Mozart67 Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 Cool...I'd love to be on the entire Wrong Coast trip, but I have too many out-of-state gigs during it. I'll look for when you're at Compounce and SIx Flags Riverside, Agawam and join a few of you for the day! Fun fact of the day: J. S. Bach had 15 children and lived most of the time in a 6-room house. Most of them, hoiwever, lived in the bach yard.
eBen Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 Is there anywhere to ask about trip ideas / possibilities for 2009 and beyond? I ask because of Japan - that crazy nut of a place I would love to go to soon, but you'll be going 2 years in a row. Is it cool enough to make it into 2009 as well?? (Ive missed the deadline and well aware my chances could be gone from that alone. Dam this begin so late getting a better job!) Oh and a mini question - whats peoples beef with Fuji-Q. Surly theres a couple of highlight rides in there. Even if one hurts worse than ** oh a rant. i see. arse. bad Fuji-Q. I have no stick to hit it with but still want to go. If i enjoy myself ill hide my smile
larrygator Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 ^Please do not besmirch the Queen's English
OldJJman Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 How much do the trips cost A complete 4 second search to the topic underneath this one would have answered your question. Look here.
coastercrazed49 Posted December 23, 2007 Posted December 23, 2007 My parents are really uptight about a lot of things like swearing, and mature stuff, is that something I should take into if I ever went when I needed a parent to go on a trip?
spacemtfan Posted March 5, 2008 Posted March 5, 2008 I have one quick question: I am a 16-year-old trying to gather some coin for the Europe trip. Will I be the only 16-year-old on the trip? It seems like there are a lot of adults on the past trips (nothing wrong with that).
SharkTums Posted March 5, 2008 Posted March 5, 2008 Our trips are PG-13 at worst. If you hang out with certain people, your experiences may change, but overall in public PG-13 at worst. There are several 17-19 year olds going on the Euro Trip, you would find a friend.
socalRCfan Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 Which hotel will you be staying in at Disneyland Paris?
SharkTums Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 Hotel Santa Fe is included in the tour price. We have an optional upgrade to Sequoia Lodge if people are interested.
PoisonedPirate Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 What time do you guys usually aim to arrive in places by? The cheapest flight to Tokyo we could find was lunchtimeish would we miss anything?
SharkTums Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 You wouldn't miss anything. On that Sunday most people will arrive to the airport between 12:30pm and 3pm. We will leave the hotel around 5pm for some night riding at La Qua.

JoshAbelsonXiii Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 I was wondering if they're any age limits. Because me and my friend will be 16 at the time of the trip. Will that be ok?
TheBannedKid Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 Time of what trip? No 2009 trips have been announced...
