Yep, it's going in where BTTF was. I'm interested to see how they will re-theme the area. Will there be a Kiwk-E-Mart stand? Will the International Food Bazar become Krusty Burgers? When you have so much material to pull from, especially tons of episodes (some of them VERY popular ones) that involve theme parks, this seems like a waste of a license. Divv3k Posted April 24, 2007 Share Posted April 24, 2007 Count me in with the minority who's sad about BTTF going, that was my favourite ride when I first visited Orlando back in 1991! Wish I could have rode one last time! Still the Simpsons ride looks interesting, hopefully it will be more than just a simulator and have some dark ride type stuff in it too. Now, do we know that the Simpsons ride will actually be a simulator? There's enough space in that building to create a big dark ride. I thought I read the entire article pretty good, maybe I missed the mention of a simulator(if any). Seems to me like there are many possibilities for what type of attraction ends up in that building. dino Posted April 24, 2007 Share Posted April 24, 2007 Simpson ride will so rock! It's kind of bittersweet for me though. I'm a big fan of the BTTF movies so it's going to be hard to see that ride go, but I'm a bigger fan of the simpsons so it's cool. The queues should be pretty good too.
