DiSab
Does newer also mean smoother? I'm guessing the invert side will have restraints similar to the new Great Nor'easter restraints - at least I hope.
Loefet
^ New track system and new trains (4 wide) so we can only hope that they would be smoother as well.
Nosferatu
Nice find! They still got some work to do I'm moving to Singapore in about three months, so I'm really looking forward to seeing more of this park The big question is how many coasters there will be? Mummy and Galatica, or one more? There hasn't been any sort of press release, so we don't know yet!

netdvn
Sorry for the double post, but I found a model of the park online and thought I might share it. Here's the link with some construction and pics of the model itself... http://www.thethemeparkguy.com/park/universal-studios-singapore/ Back area of the park with what looks like the Hulk coaster. themeparkman25
Hulk is supposed to be floorless and with speakers and lights and stuff right?
Crazy_Behemoth_Lady_Jess
And launched too I assume? The Red Vs Blue dueling coasters with one each side a different type of train being used sounds interesting! I know which side I'd pick to go on first! Hmm a Madagascar ride...I have a feeling I know what the theme song will be! ~ Jess "I like to move it-move it" Chan

Not sure about King Kong or Tokyo Drift, but it looks like Mummy, Galactica, and Hulk are coasters. Yeah I've seen that list. The problem is that most of those attractions haven't been confirmed, and many are speculations. They have said it will have 24 attractions, 18 who are unique to Singapore And we know for a fact that the model isn't accurate, since among others they have added Battlestar Galactica since. Also Spiderman has been exchanged for Transformers. The big question is: We know they added Battlestar Galactica late in the process. But did it replace Hulk or was it an addition? Worra315
^Cause Wikipedia is the most reliable source! lol.. But I really want to follow the construction of this park. Every update is like once a month. I thought that the Incredible Hulk Coaster was going to be rethemed??
netdvn
If you look at the list on page 3 and the list I copy/pasted, you'll clearly see a match with some or most of the possible rides/attractions slated to open with the park. And I hope you DO know that any Wikipedia entry with a number subscript/superscript in brackets next to it leads to a reference, so you can confirm that some of the confirmed attractions WILL be built (or are planned to be built). As for the possible Hulk Coaster, it seems to be some sort of launch coaster.
Kalepi_Konei
I really hope that instead of improving the Hulk there, they improve it here, and add floorless trains, and some lights and whatnot.
thirtypercent
From the pictures, it appears that the Battlestar Galactica track has replaced the spot initially planned for the Hulk, beside the Mummy building.
FeelTheFORCE
According to RCDB, the Mummy ride there is supposed to only cost $20 Million, unlike it's counterparts in Orlando and Hollywood that cost $40 Million each. That extra money gives them many more options, no doubt.

That extra money gives them many more options, no doubt. Yeah I noticed that too. Did anyone notice that the duration of this ROTM is 1:57 and the Orlando version is 2:57 and they're both 2200' in length. Do you think it's just a typo??
JT3000
It probably is shorter. The Orlando building is clearly larger. It should be better than Hollywood's though.
Jew
^I don't believe Orlando's ride actually uses all the space inside that building though. Plus, how do we even know RCDB's information is correct? I also don't think wikipedia's list of attractions is correct.
Worra315
Only time will tell. But I can't wait to see this park finished!
jmicha
^^^It's probably because Orlando's isn't really 2:57. As far as I know, it's closer to 2 minutes, so maybe Orlando added in the load/unload time into the attraction time (which many parks seem to do. If you ever look at the "official" time of a ride and time a POV, rarely ever are they the same). Maybe they consider the load/unload time for ROTM to be around one minute, and that's where the extra minute comes from (if they are indeed the same ride). Worra315
UPDATE!! From May 11th www.thethemeparkguy.com/park/universal-studios-singapore/ Things are comin together. Jamzyhee
great update . . has universal released any art work of what the battlestar coaster will look like ..or does anyone else have any info on it ?
netdvn
^No So I guess they decided to convert Hulk to Battlestar Galactica. The park is coming along very nicely though! I really wanna see what Battlestar looks like when. its completed.
Homeboy23
^ If you click on the picture of the tracks, it says battlestar is the dueling coasters, not their version of Hulk.
themeparkman25
^Like Battlestar just replaced Dueling Dragons? I thought that at this point, the hulk was not known to be confirmed or cancelled.
netdvn
^^ The model of the coaster was green, which made me believe that it was originally planned to be the Hulk coaster. ^ I'm not really sure about DD or if it was planned to be in the park.
