By kiddie hyper coaster, he probably means non-looping steel coaster. For a second I almost thought that there was a whole type of coaster that I'd never heard of before.

A hypercoaster is a roller coaster with a height of 200-300 ft. I doubt that any kiddie would want to ride one.

The technical definition for a hyper coaster is 200-300 ft, non-looping steel coaster, but most non-looping steel coasters that are fairly high are considered hyper coasters. Ex. Goliath at La ronde is not a hyper coaster by definition, but it is considered a hyper coaster by most enthusiasts.

I voted for Jaguar, it's a nice family coaster. I think it's neat how it goes through MR's loop.

My 3 year old sister does, she ran in line for Xcelerator!

 

She rode Journey to Atlantis, Space Mount. and more with her hands up,I'm so pround of her.

I'll go with Vol D'Icare, but only because it's another chance to say I've been on it.

 

If I were really picking, I'd say other and go with Wild Thing.

In my book, Wild Thing is comparable to a kiddie coaster, and is therefore a kiddie hypercoaster.

The closest thing to a "kiddie hyper coaster" that I can think of is the Santa Monica West Coaster.

Apparently, the original poster just made up a new (albiet strange) term for "family coaster."

 

It's made for an interestingly wacky thread, though.
