coastermaniac
So far for me, it's been Dominator at Geauga Lake (or Batman at Six Flags) and Mean Streak at Cedar Point, even though it didn't really brake down-someone threw up and I had to wait till they cleaned it up to get off the ride. ECZenith
I've e-stopped on SFNE's Mind Eraser and SFGADV's Nitro. I hate not having a floor under the lift on the SLCs for some reason.
mightypotato
I've been stuck on a few coasters in my time. Vortex at PCW (lifthill) Dueling Dragons Ice at IOA (lifthill) Big Thunder Mountain (WDW) (lifthill)
307
The only major ones were Wicked Twister at CP. We got an exit pass for that. And sorta Boomerang at DL. We needed the credit and waited while two other people were "trapped" in the back seat for about 45 minutes. We got two exit passes out of it, so that was solid. Astat
We stopped on the last lift on Adventure Express on PKI for about 15 seconds one time, although that was probably just waiting for the next block to clear. And on Steel Venom at Geauga Lake, the ride launched, but slowed near the end of the launch and only made it a little way up the front spike, then we stopped at the end of the launch track and slowly rolled back to the station to be told they had mechanical troubles. Probably an aborted launch/E-stop.
Rollerholden
^Similar to what happened to me on V2, except it went forwards, backwards, and then stopped the second time going forwards. It was a quick deceleration.
pierced_b0i
Millenium Force..dont know how it happened but we boarded the train and the unload station released the train to early..so it almost bumped us but they sent us up went up the hill and stopped basically on the top for a good 15 minutes...was interesting..all the people in the queu were cheering when we went by..and we got an exit pass which we used on raptor.. CP_RULES
I have only been stuck on Screamin' Eagle at SFStL (break run). Apparently some fat guy's restraint woulnd open, so we had to sit there for like 20mins waiting for the crew to come in an release his restraint. But it was all cool, I got an exit pass which was handy for skipping an hour and a half wait for Freeze.
spaminacan11
^Haha, sounds like an RCT breakdown. I, myself have only been stuck on the Georgia Scorcher. It was on the lift on April 1st. It gave a good view of Goliath, but after about five minutes of being stuck, it got pretty uncomftorable. Luckily, I was on an outside seat so I could stand up on the outside of the train and take some pressure off.
HCOSurfer90
S:UF - Got stuck in "flying" position in the station for 10 minutes. (This Year) Rolling Thunder - Got stuck on the brake run for a good 20 minutes. (8 years ago)
SpartanTS
S:UF - Got stuck in "flying" position in the station for 10 minutes.(This Year) That would suck. I hate waiting after the brake run on S:UF, and that's only for 2 minutes.
okinawaboy11
Uh let's see. MF Superman: RoS (Atleast 3 times) Roar JJ Batwing (like 45 minutes, in the station. My shoulder blades were killing me) American Eagle Batman (SFGAm) Raging Bull Uh I'm not very good with coasters. Colin "Why does they spot where my Avatar is supposed to be say just "Avatar?" vjgx
The closest I've been to being on a stopped ride is being one car away from riding SuperFlight at Playland, NY. They had to stop the ride for 10 minutes to clean up after someone who vomited. I wasn't on it, but it was pretty awkward. Also, I almost got stuck on Supreme Scream after the ride was over. The buckle wouldn't come undone and they had to get a couple employees to play around with it before it would work again.
tngdiablo
Surprisingly, out of all the coasters I've ridden, I have not experienced an on-ride breakdown. (Knock on wood)
tinflowers
Only one mates...Ice Dragon at IOA on the lift for about 5 minutes. I guess they were having trouble getting the Fire Dragon off. I love when they duel, so the wait didn't bother me at all.
pete4winds
Twice: One was during Superhero Celebration 3 at SFNE, on Mind Eraser. Vomit-ops on the train ahead of us, so we were stuck in the brake run for about ten minutes. Not so bad for me, since I'm only 5'5", but my brother is almost 6" with VERY broad shoulders...let's just say he needed a few laps on Bench: The Ride to work the kinks out of his back once they pried him out of his seat. The other was Batwing in 2001 or '02. My cousin's restraint jammed upon our return to the station, so we were stuck there for about 8 minutes or so. I tried to talk the op into just saying F* it and let us stay on, but no dice
MiamiBoii4392
I never really got stuck on a ride, I did get pissed off though; Because my sister and I were in line for the dueling dragons for about an hour, and we get all strapped in and the ride breaks down before we even leave the station. They kicked all the people off.

Spideyfreak
Joker's Jinx: It was the last ride of the night and it seemed like our train got overlaunched. As soon as the other train made it up through the cobra roll the ride E-Stopped. We were stuck on the brake for 15 minutes. I've also been stuck on Florida's Revenge of the Mummy a few times. phazan
-Riddler's Revenge (SFMM) for a few minutes on the the start of the lift -V2 at SFMW in the middle of the ride, we sat there for about 10 minutes on the launch track -Greezed Lightning at PGA, we sat there for a while half way in the station waiting for the mechanics to fix it. -Boomerang at SFMW! It was one of my favorite roller coasters back then, because I haden't been on too many other coasters. My restraints wouldn't come up so I rode it over and over again untill the mechanics came. I loved it! lol
