Although it would be very cool (and creepy!) if they left it, there is just no way that is feasible. The salt water would corrode the supports. Plus, people are stupid. Someone would swim out to it, climb on it, and inevitably fall to his or her death.

He's definitely the big name they need to get some excitement back in the program. If he gets himself a great DC and experienced coaching staff to help recruit, his talent as an offensive coach could make things even more interesting in the SEC.

When I was traveling more, I had the Delta Reserve AMEX. It was absolutely worth the $350 membership fee. We have one show that goes by train: Strates Shows in the midwest. They have the only HUSS Top Spin in the U.S. Some of the fairgrounds they go to have built railroad spurs for them, but that is not common.

The city will NEVER see a return on their investment if they were to build a monorail. If Las Vegas couldn't support a monorail, there is NO WAY Anaheim could. The cost is just too high. Again it is worth noting the city council only approved spending money for the EIR. That will answer the question as to whether or not it is feasible.

Sadly Joe---I can't really talk sh*t. I don't have any faith in USC's ability to stop that triple option offense. I would say a shootout is in order, since I don't think Tech could stop USC either!

We charge a ridiculous amount of money for oversize trailers in the U.S.---it's not feasible for a show to haul a big ride here. Plus, instead of independent midways like the rest of world, most of the large fairs in the U.S. are contracted to certain showmen to do the entire midway. No competition!

No question the NCAA was out to get USC, and now their former running back coach (who had a show cause order essentially end his career) is suing. And so far, he's winning! Side note: USC might actually end up playing Georgia Tech in the Sun Bowl now...

^That's what doesn't make sense/gives me hope...he can recruit. By all accounts, the players love him and by into his crazy offensive playcalling tendencies. I see potential, but it's pretty obvious at this point he needs a new DC and needs to hire an OC so he can focus on game management. The team has been in a position to win every single game, but between poor execution (which goes back to how they practice) and mindboggling play calling...have fallen just short every single time it mattered. He's definitely at the crossroads of his coaching career: improve, or end up as a career assistant coach/head coach of non BCS conference schools. I'm at the point where I've went from believing in him to not being so sure anymore, but I see the potential.

Double post, but oh well...It's the best week in college football: Rivalry week! Aside from the PAC-12 being stupid and moving "the big game" up, it's that wonderful time where anything and everything has gone right or wrong for your favorite team vs. their rival! It's even better when the games have huge BCS implications! Nothing better than to save a horrible season by wrecking your rivals chance at the national title (see USC, Auburn, Georgia Tech, Michigan) or solidifying a great season (see Oregon State, Florida/Florida State winner, South Carolina/Clemson winner).

How many spots do you think it will go UP in the polls after it experiences the "OMGz, it was the best ride ever because you didn't ride it and I did!" effect?

Chance sells/manufacturers the park model of the ride for KMG. They bought the original! It also probably helps Chance isn't too far away in Wichita.

I'd say anywhere in the northeast or Europe. Many great parks and coasters are within "day trip" distance by car or train.
