  1. decided to call Kirk and ask . . .
  2. Yeah . . . I'm not a fan of it (or stand-ups) in general. IF Apocalypse were converted to a floorless coaster, then I'd be more a fan of it. And wasn't Psyclone damaged in the '94 Norhtridge Earthquake? But I digress, my pick for worst coaster is Ragin Cajun at SFA . . . . I nearly fell asleep on it (The Dark Knight is how to make a Wild Mouse coaster interesting)
  3. My home park . . . . Six Flags America 2017: (I already know it's getting Wonder Woman: Lasso of Truth) . . . but I'd also like to see a 100th birthday celebration of the Wild One 2018: Roar finally gets the RMC treatment 2019: A Dark Ride 2020: don't know 2021: don't know In general, I'd like to see SFA use more of their available land space . . . . .
  4. I second that . . . . I was there on Sunday, I left around 7 pm (it was getting too cold for me)
  5. So what was the weather like for HITP? (at Six Flags America when I went for HITP on Sunday . . . . it was about 41 degrees and WINDY)
  6. Well . . . the walk of shame has happened to me once. Last year (when I was much heavier), I was unable to buckle the seat belt on Superman: Ride of Steel at SFA. Once in line for the Wild One this year, I ripped a loud belch . . . . and I was like "oops!" Another time, after I rode Apocalypse, I had to make a mad dash for the restroom before I whizzed in my pants (note to self: never guzzle water before riding a stand up coaster)
  7. I'll also agree . . . I'm not a fan of stand-up coasters that much. Bangs my shoulders, feels like with a wrong bump, my nuts will get squashed. As for height restrictions, well . . . have you seen anyone get turned down on any coaster for being too tall? Once at SFA this year, I did see a guy get turned down because he was too tall for Superman: Ride of Steel (he was 6'6" or 6'7" and couldn't fully pull down the restraint). Anyhow, how much is it costing Cedar Fair to convert stand-ups to floor-less coasters?
  8. How often does the "oh shit" crane actually get used? (and have you ever seen it in action)
  9. Wallet/keys/phone a MUST for me as well as my bottles. During the spring/summer . . . I also had my sunscreen with me (and my towel if I did the water park as well) Post labor day, I have my hoodie or my button down flannel shirt.
  10. Fresh Top Thrill Dragster or Kingda Ka ?
  11. The Dope Show - Marilyn Manson
  12. Last concert I went to .. . . . Mac Sabbath (a joke band that dress up as McDonald's characters and play Black Sabbath covers) at the Filmore in Silver Spring, Maryland. Decent show . . . . then midnight dinner at IHOP
  13. I like Mind Eraser. Lol.,, I like SLCs. Have to sit in the first three seats. I've found that (for me at least) Mind Eraser doesn't bump your shoulders like Apocalypse does. And yeah, the best way to do SLC is the first three rows.
  14. I had too much Taco Bell this afternoon . . . .
  15. What's so bad about the staff/clientele at SFNE?
  16. Luna Park at Coney Island . . . home of the Cyclone
  17. Any idea about the IAAPA Live Entertainment awards? (from what I read on the IAAPA site, said awards are supposed to be announced today)
  18. I was very pleased that someone from my home park (Six Flags America) won the 2015 Brass Ring for Best Female Performer . . . . Ilyana Eberhardt
  19. Definitely . . . Six Flags America (my home park) Highly likely . . . . a trip or two to Great Adventure. Someday . . . I WILL get over my fear of flying and make it to the other SF parks
  20. Well . . . . I went to my home park (Six Flags America, formerly Wild World/Adventure World) semi-regularly in my younger days. Now I'm a season pass holder. Have you waited longer than an hour for a coaster? (If so, state the longest you've waited)
  21. Netflix Boxer Briefs or Briefs
  22. If East was actually West . . . . . then I'd wonder . . . what the hell did I smoke last night? What if you dropped LSD before getting on a coaster?
  23. I don't know what's more amusing . . . . . a dolphin orgy or a wearing a thong while dressed as a Disney Princess
  24. Ohhhh, a Boomerang coaster?? High hopes you have there. Well . . . hope springs eternal. A Boomerang coaster doesn't really take up that much space (and neither does a 4D free spin or a Dark Ride). Realistically for Six Flags America . . . . I'd say a 4D free spin is most likely
