What gear do you use? I hate to be THAT guy, but as an avid photographer myself, I am curious. Also, your dynamic range is absolutely beuatiful!

^Because the likelihood of either to me just seems low. Maybe if the idea was pitched to the Staff, but I can't imagine the park has considered this as the chaser light's on Eagle were removed and wouldn't have any ROI being constantly run. Colossus's lights wouldn't have much ROI either, but would sure attract attention from the Interstate. Both cost $$$ to install, run, and maintain. Sure both would make the park more charming and fresher. However, that's not enough considering that there are many things the park has yet to do to tidy up sections (which they have been). I would absolutely love to stand in the DC plaza, at the back of the park, or the front gate and watch a colorful wheel spin or see Eagle's lights heading off into the woods from a distance. Don't get me worng.

I would rather see Screamin' Eagle's chaser lights return before ^^.

That suprisingly looks utterly amazing. However, i wouldn't feel too good about sticking my feet out over my raft. I would like a bigger raft, but thats not possible.

No. No. Just no. ToT is literally the most perfect ride. Easily my favorite attraction ever. I can't get enough of the theming and atmosphere of the attraction either. Wasn't GotG relatively a bit a flop, anyways?

HEY! The Screamin' Eagle is the reason to go to SFStL! There is going to be a cult following one day! Actually, the Screamin' Eagle is a fantastic classic that rides well and is full of good airtime.

^Thats the one. I would expect flats, but I could see a small coaster heading towards Storm Chaser. The one that goes around Thunder Run's big U-turn and past the old dragstrip? They did open it! No; a new path created from there that would follow the service road into Storm Chaser's plaza.

Hmm.. Do you think the park will add anything in the field the gravel maintence road under the second airtime hill leads into? There is a ton of space, and would be even more if they got rid of that weird rectangular pad. Also, do you think they would connect the path behind Thunder Run to Storm Chaser's plaza?

Nice trip report and pictures! My family and I were there as well that day, so we may have crossed paths at some point. One quick thing; it seems like all of your photos have a blueish tint to them. Did you take them all with an iPhone? If so, you might want to doublecheck and make sure that your camera doesn't have an automatic filter turned on by accident. If you open up the camera, then check down in the lower right hand corner; if the three overlapping dots are black and white, you're good. If they're in color, then you have a filter turned on. I found this out myself a while back when I went to Hersheypark and took a ton of photos, only to find out that they all had that tint to them, and I quickly learned that even if you hit that by accident, it doesn't reset itself unless you manually turn it off. First off, thank you for the compliment, I really appreciate it. I actually took every one of my pictures with a camera, a Panasonic Lumix DMC FH27 to be exact. And you are right, many of my photos do have a tint to them, but that's on its normal setting. Next time I go to any park, I'll change it up so that it looks clearer. Thanks! It looks to be a white balance issue. Set it to the appropriate weather.

SFMM 2011: Mr. Six's, S:EFK, and Green Lantern. Even though S:EFK was just a refurbishment, its was a rather significant one, and was marketed as a new experience.

I don't understand why Six Flags hasn't installed a GT-X yet, other than not having dealt with Chance Rides yet. Do we know of their maintenance or their aging? From reports I've heard, they pull some good g-forces, and it would be reasonable to say they endure more wear (?). Anyway, where could one go? The Ninja likely won't be leaving.

Could someone please get a picture of Superman light up from a distance please? We have not seem any pictures of how the ride looks in the skyline with its new lift lights.
