  1. Hmm... maybe a well themed showroom at the very end of the ride that leads to sadness and disappointment? It wouldn't be Kings Island first. *cough*adventure express*cough*
  2. ^Yes. I am reffering to Excalibur. Yes, I am aware of its history. I still believe a Giant Discovery, as cool as they are, don't warrant a different enough ride than a Nauta Bussink Evolution. We do have a HUSS enterprise.
  3. That does look excelent. I like what Vekoma has been doing lately.
  4. If they advertized they have a Mew-Two in the park I'd guarantee you they woukd reach peak capacity daily. I really can't wait till some idiot tryies to catch one on Superman or goes under Batman.
  5. i305. I don't get it. Superman: Ultimate Fluff. The preztel loop does nothing for me to fix the lamest bunch of rides in existence.
  6. Can we just get a word filter on the damn word? Lol.
  7. Don't eat the park food. Even the cinnamon bread. Don't.
  8. Nitro is an absolute far left, fromt row coaster. I don't care if you dont like the front. It still needs to be ridden on the left.
  9. I wasn't "impressed" the last time I rode it but it sure was fun. Put me in these categories. It was fun and disappointing.
  10. I really love all the attention SDC is getting in the community since OR's announcement. It always was a fantastic park and now more have seen it as even better than that.
  11. I agree. Smoothest woodie I've been on outside of Outlaw Run and Switchback. I thought that it was the average smoothness for a GCI but Thunderhead proves just how well maintained American Thunder is in comparison. This was also my perception. I was spoiled into thinking this for the longest time until I became more aware of the criticalness directed towards GCI on TPR. IMO American Thunder is also one of the best. I never understood why people here dislike GCI's as I was (again) spoiled by the GCI-gravy-goodness that is American Thunder.
  12. American Thunder desevres a mention. SFStL has really taken care of it the last 8 years.
  13. It's both. Maintaining Tidal Wave has become hard.
  14. Last year, a banner was placed at SFA HH teasing "A BIG splash is coming in 2016!"
  15. Let me just take this opportunity to point out that RMC overhauled this ride in 2014. The RMC rebuild on the Boss in 2014 was not as extensive as the Ghost Rider overhaul. I am talking about the Lift Hill/Drop extension plus Millenum Flyer Trains, etc. as discussed on Screamscape. A) i'm pretty sure that rumor isn't credible. Welcome to Screamscape. It is a lot of fun but don't let it get your hopes up. B) I would passionately come after anyone with a burning pitchfork who would dare get rid of the double down drop.
  16. Clearly you do not understand the GP. They, I am sure, already hold their own assumptions to what would have happened anyway. At least they said what the problem was, which is more than what is said in most cases.
  17. "The worst experience I ever had the worker refused to let me I aftrr I paid n refused me a refund they said I was intoxicated I told them to be drug tested n blow for Rui test I would pass both was refused mind u I have a kid n a pregnant girlfriend we drove 2 hourshighway as a small family vacationg"
  18. The main issue with the Tidal Wave idea is the cost for new utilities back there, or so I was told by a the Director of Rides. That rumor does have truth to it.
  19. According to SFGADv Connoisseurs' page, the park is at 70k today. We will never know if that is true BUT it is ungodly if it is. How the hell can you even fit 70k people in the park?? Or, I guess you don't, which explains the overflow...
  20. That's if they stick with one coaster. That could either mean they are investing in another similar size attraction in the same year, or are saving up for rather large 2018 investments. I'm not going to cry wolf or anything, but screamscape did have a rumor stating we could get a launched coaster in 2018. Maybe another park could get a coaster too. Just a little theory of mine I still would not be surprised to see a Tempesto clone come to WOF. That's what I'm thinking could be coming at the minimum. I can only hope for custom though. A Tempesto clone would be an excelent addition. They are really fun and forceful rides and it would be just the right size for a small coperate park.
  21. If you're trying to knock all of the coasters out right away, you can head to Oktoberfest after riding AC and hit up Bolt, and from Oktoberfest you can hit up Alpengeist in Germany and Griffon in France. After Griffon, you can either walk back to the front of the park to ride Nessie or catch the train in New France, which is a short walk from Griffon. The train will drop you off near Nessie's entrance. I would hit Nessie first so that it doesn't feel outdone by the other rides. Nessie has some very good forces and a batsh!t awesome first drop.
