Looks like a perfect addition to Adventure City. I really need to head down there one of these times, considering how often I've been to Knott's. Edit: So is this a custom coaster from Gerstlauer? It looks different than their other family shuttle coasters.

Wow, that Intamin coaster looks great! Is it using those new lap bar trains from Intamin? Just curious.

I just started season 6 of How I Met Your Mother, however I already know the ending. The ending is a little different than what I expected, however the whole series of episodes leading up to it is great!

There are plenty of 4000+ ft long roller coasters out there...many of which I've been on such as GateKeeper, Banshee, Beast, Millennium Force, etc...so I'm gonna say...false? Kind of a weird question. The person below me prefers Apple over Android.

Wow, I am very impressed! Six Flags Magic Mountain is the last park that I would expect to pull off an event like this. Guess I'm wrong (in a good way!).

I'm the opposite. The blue/teal/yellow contrasts VERY well with the orange/brown of the coaster! Props to Holiday World and B&M for pulling off such a great design of the coaster and the train!

Wow! Thank you SO MUCH for the coverage! Maybe one day I can make it out to Florida and visit IAAPA. On another note, those Twisted Colossus trains look totally freakin' AMAZING! My expectations are really growing for that ride. It could very well kick Maverick off of my #1 spot! Can't wait for more coverage! Thanks for sharing!

Holy crap! This looks freakin' amazing! I am glad S&S went with shoulder harnesses for this ride--even I would be terrified with lap bars! This has also got to set some sort of length record. There is a lot of track there.

I'm glad they're getting rid of the Roaring' 20's theme. It wasn't a bad theme, but when walking through the beautifully-renovated Boardwalk, you question why the bumper car/theatre area is so...run-down. Hopefully they can fit Voyage in nicely and essentially extend the Boardwalk theme all the way to Pony Express. Regardless, this looks like a fantastic addition to Knott's. Hopefully they will release some concept images (similar to what was "drawn" for the Boardwalk, Route 76, Gemini Midway, etc.). I'd like to see some more images!

^Same here. I find lemonade or Hi-C more refreshing than soda, but if I have to drink soda, I prefer Coke. Pepsi is okay too.

Man, this has got to be one of the best color schemes on a roller coaster. Regardless of how Thunderbird will ride, it's still a beauty to look at. And construction is moving very quickly. Can't wait to see the first test runs here in a few months.

Very cool! Pretty much what I expected. Can't wait to try it out next year and see how they tie this in with the surrounding area.

^^That would be a win-win. Us over here at KBF would be thrilled Boomerang is leaving, and the MA fans have become so desperate for a new coaster that they get excited for a 25 year old Boomerang!
