Fair enough. I did both Disney parks in Anaheim in one day, so I totally get taking advantage of whatever time you have, even if it's not a lot. You'll be in for a long day and pressed for time the whole way, but it helps that you've been to both before. At KK, skip T3 and the waterpark. Go to Lightning Run at opening, then Fearfall and Cyclos. Go to the back, hit Thunder Run if the line's short, but you've probably been on it at SFKK. Storm Chaser lots. Back to Lightning Run, leave. Get lunch in the car. 30 minutes later due to time zone magic, arrive at HW. Go straight to the water park and ride Mammoth and Wildebeest as much as you can. Then ride Thunderbird lots, and make your way to the front, hitting the three woodies as you go. Gobbler Getaway if there's time between Voyage and Legend. It's one breakneck day, and expensive considering you won't really get your money's worth on the tickets only spending a few hours in each park. But Storm Chaser, Lightning Run, and Thunderbird are all too awesome to pass up. Have fun!

^ Sweet, thanks for finding that. I'm sure it's in some obvious place on their website and I should kick myself for missing it. So yeah, that Hershey's tower will kick ass and the Reese's tower is pretty much pointless. -
If you're just going for the coasters (which you shouldn't do) then you can do both in one day. Start with KK and then go to HW, because due to the time change you'll arrive 30 minutes after you left KK. Really, though, both these parks are so much more than just coasters. KK is a full day park and HW is a two day park. You'll need a whole day just for Splashin' Safari.

Is the Hershey tower just a drop tower or a combo? If a combo, then I agree with you. If it's just a drop tower, then that Reese's Doubleshot will kill it, even being 60 feet shorter. -
Canada. They're the alternate dimension America where the people aren't complete assholes. Steak or lobster?

Sure it does. The park isn't going to choose when to issue a press release based on the manufacturer or whether it's a custom layout. That's stuff enthusiasts care about, but on which zero business decisions are made. -

I don't think their focus is on making all attractions appeal to all their guests. That was true for a very long time, but recently they've been targeting a specific audience with new additions, and I think that's been a very good thing. They didn't half-ass Outlaw Run; they knew it would have limited appeal, and they chose to build the ride that would strongly appeal to a limited audience over one that would appeal more broadly but less passionately.

It was open enough to win the Golden Ticket for Best New Ride in 2016 (which I thought was Valravn's to lose) Personally I thought that win should have went to Monster at Adventureland. Not only was it reliable to open the whole season but that ride is OMFG crazy! Monster is an incredible ride. With the last several additions, they've made a big jump in quality. Hard to vote against the first launched wooden coaster though. That's a major advance in technology. -

Yep, thanks Tony! For those of you who are impatient, don't worry. Once the park opens, tons of enthusiasts are going to be taking 600 photos, each one an inch to the left of the last and at various stages of blurriness.
