  1. Lets hope this isn't as buggy as some of their recent games....
  2. ^ I like to say that Revolution was the first SUCCESSFUL vertical looping coaster (all the others failed due to the loops being too circular which put way too much force on the riders) Anyways, I am so happy that Revolution will be restored to its former glory. If it is anywhere near as good as SDL, you guys in the Cali are in for a treat.
  3. ^ Im happy because I can FINALLY ride a 4D coaster (first on the east coast too).
  4. The Great Escape because beyond the Comet they have: A Intamin Bobsled A Arrow loop and screw A Arrow mine train A Vekoma Boomerang A Zamperla kiddie coaster
  5. Mine: Flashback at SFNE Mind Eraser at SFNE Boomerang at TGE Mean Streak at Cedar Point La Cobra at La Ronde Corkscrew at Cedar Point Mantis at Cedar Point Shockwave at Kings Dominion Anaconda at Kings Dominion Wildcat at Hershey Park Steamin' Demon TGE Alpine Bobsled TGE Cyclone at SFNE Hypersonic XL at Kings Dominion Hurler at Kings Dominion French Revolution at Lotte World and so many more...
  6. Another company that would have been interesting if it survived would have been Arrow, if X didn't have all the issues and it was a success, I wonder if we would have seen more 4D coasters (also Alan Schilke might have stuck with Arrow instead of eventually going to RMC)
  7. I think a drop tower would be nice on the Oriental Pearl Tower in Shanghai, the towers could go on the tree straight tubs connecting the 2 big domes (there is a roller coaster inside already so why not a drop tower?)
  8. This Sidewinder: http://rcdb.com/11080.htm#p=44942
  9. Got back from SFNE and I have to say WC is fantastic! Lots of airtime and laterals and never lets up. Easily beats Bizarro for best ride in the park and is WAY better than Cyclone.
  10. Going to SFNE tomorrow, cant wait to ride WC (My first RMC!)!
  11. That would be funny if that happened considering they removed one from the spot they will put (if it is going in Movie Town).
  12. Ok, they look nice, wonder how they rode, it they rode nicely maybe Magnum can get them (I know wishful thinking)
  13. Cool report, BTW who made Titans Trains? Ive never seen trains like them before.
  14. ^ The only thing I wish they did for Wicked Twister is replace the seat belt with the ones on Volcano or extend them to be the length of Possessed and Steel Venom.
  15. ^ Actually, SFGAdv has the most B&Ms out of any other park. I hope SFGAdv gets a 4D like Batman at SFFT. They were rumored to get it this year after all and if the park reuses the Chiller station it would make sense.
  16. Glad to hear Mantis has been improved, the last time I rode it, it was a POS and now it seems to be the best floorless.
  17. Intamin TIE: I305 or Skyrush B&M: Nitro RMC: Wicked Cyclone (will be the only one I have ridden when I do ride it)
  18. ^ This proves that the Chinese safety test are BS. How can this fail yet they pass their knockoffs!
  19. I agree. Always thought that Chiller looked like an awesome ride, but it was gone by the time I was able to get to the park. I know both Mr. Freezes, and the Chiller had awful opening year problems, but why was Six Flags able to turn the other two into reliable coasters, but never The Chiller?? The Chiller had issues with dueling, when both the trains launched at the same time it would put a lot of stress on the power grid (which is why they ran staggered and later only the robin side). The Chiller also had issues with LIMs burning out and train issues with the zero-g roll. If you want to read more look at the GAdv History page. http://greatadventurehistory.com/BandRTheChiller.htm
  20. Be interesting to see how this ends up, If this ends up better than Mantis lets hope they do it to their two other standups (both Vortex's)
  21. Good to hear that Impulse is open, cant wait to go in May to ride it!
  22. This almost as laughable as Apples new Macbook (the one with one port).
  23. Will definitely make it to SFNE this year to ride it, looks like this could be one of the best coasters in the country (maybe even the world).
  24. The forces one encounters while walking under it are greater than those encountered while riding it. I read somewhere that an early version of GateKeeper had some trims designed into the affected paths/walkways to solve this. Its new home in Kings Dominion also allows you to walk underneath a lot of the track. I also want to add Mean Streak and Cyclone at SFNE *to be seen if the amount of line under the track is kept) since both lines go through the center of the ride.
