Most older indie rock from the 80's don't use techno, and have much more history than Evanescence. Don't get me wrong, I used to love Evanescence in 06. Going Under was the first song I ever downloaded on my I-Pod. I really liked their fallen album, and I still like metal. It's nice to listen to some music that doesn't scream 24/7, or get all heavy. I also just recently found this new song which has an instrumental :

Yeah, your kind of right in some ways. There are a lot of good indie bands that are underrated actually. Everyone knows who Evanescence is, and they were really famous at one point, but there are real good indie bands that a lot people don't know about.

Foster The People is more of Indie Pop actually, I love them too. I'm kind taking a like on all these indie bands, and classical rock rather than the heavy metal I used to listen to before. I still like heavy metal, but I feel like indie rock is more of my thing now, especially indie rock.

I love this song I just heard, and I don't usually like music that genre, here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=olVQtCcBZMo Yeah, I like Green Day. It depends for me, some of their newer stuff is really good (Know Your Enemy) while some of the other stuff is terrible. I prefer some of the older songs, especially the original "Welcome to Paradise" and "Warning." Yeah, I like Green Day. It depends for me, some of their newer stuff is really good (Know Your Enemy) while some of the other stuff is terrible. I prefer some of the older songs, especially the original "Welcome to Paradise" and "Warning." +1 They r awesome !!!! The lyrics are amazing! I love the album best. And I haven't listened their 2012 new albums yet. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=olVQtCcBZMo Yeah, I used to listen to Greenday a lot back in late 2005- 2006 when I still listened to Evanescence. I loved their songs American Idiot, Boulevard of Broken Dreams, and Holiday. I still listen to those songs on occasion I feel like if they listened to themselves now back then, they would say "that's stupid."

Why all the screaming, Robb?
ArundelHigh Coasters replied to douggw's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
This is one of the things I hate whenever I see funny videos of people screaming on a roller coaster. There are always those morons with no videos on their channel that chose to hate on people that make roller coasters fun. Screaming makes roller coasters fun, and it's not against the law or park policy, so deal with it. Also, when Robb screamed "bonus helix" on the slc video, that actually answered my question to why it looked different from a mainstream slc. The "twisty" in the Intimidator 305 was actually funny to me. I don't mean to be rude or anything, but before you register there is a disclaimer in big bold letters that says, Theme Park Review is NOT recommended for childrens under 13 years of age. Even in a lot of other coaster videos, there are a lot of people screaming "fuck" and "shit." You have to understand people react to coasters in different ways. You shoudn't be mad at someone who is trying to enjoy coasters their personal way. You prefer to eat your food the way you like it, right? , well Robb prefers to ride the coasters the way he likes. -
Weird/ Out of place coasters

I guess the park was just real 'desperate-o" when they got it, lol. -
Weird/ Out of place coasters

Two-Face from SFA. It was in Southwest territory instead of Gotham. Batwing also seems like it's in the middle of nowhere. -
Lol, I bumped into this video, and didn't even know about it before. It's completely hilarious though.

That is so... depressing to say the least. I remember riding SOB in 09' with my cousins , loved that ride...it was just the roughness that hurt it. I remember calling it Son of a B**** after riding it because of the pain, and now I really miss that ride now. It looks like half of the park is missing without it. I'm also happy though, because this opens new doors to KI for an opportunity to something new and better.

Like I said, SFA is definitely not the best park I've been too , although it's still fun though. I would like to see a new coaster at the park too, but on the dry side it seems there is very limited room. I think the most important thing they need to do right now is take care of the rides they already have first. For example, Batwing is in desperate need of a paint job, and they also need to need to get the rest of Two-Face out of there. After everything else in the park is fixed, I think they can focus on a new coaster and/or expansion.
