  1. They are not the most intense coasters, but they are still a blast. I enjoyed X-Flight at SFGAm. a lot.
  2. I see you guys on Travel Channel all the time, lol. One time, I was watching "Ultimate Roller Coasters" or whatever, and I was like, "It's Robb and Elissa!" I can't wait to see this one though! Travel Channel is amazing with coaster shows.
  3. During Fright Fest at SFA, I saw something sort of similar to this. A mother teaching a kid who she didn't know how to fake being handicap in order to go through the flash pass zone. First off, she nearly got into a fight with teenagers who cut her and her family in line. Security came and settled things. After that, she was really cautious about her place in line. Whenever someone would walk behind her, she would shake and grab them on accident. She was afraid she was going to get cut again, lol. Anyways, yeah, she was teaching some random kid how to fake being wheelchair bound to skip the lines. It was awful. I really get offended whenever people impersonate or use disabled people. But I also think in this situation, it's the fault of the handicap people too for choosing to do so. It was their choice.
  4. I think they are improving now. They are working on painting Batwing and Jokers Jinx, and it seems like they might have worked on Mind Eraser too, (not the paint though). I have seen worse staff at SFGADv. , so really, they're everywhere. I love this park, though it may not be the best, it is still a fun place.
  5. Recently, I have visited Two-Face's coasterpedia page. I edited that page a few months ago, but it seems somebody else edited it recently. The edit read, "(its current whereabouts are sitting somewhere in Italy, until announced by new park Movieland Park. )" Does anybody know if this is true or not? EDIT: Link to Coasterpedia page: http://rollercoaster.wikia.com/wiki/Two-Face:_The_Flip_Side
  6. The station for Boomerang looks well put together.
  7. I think Roar at SFA has a very long queue for a ride which occasionally has 1 or 2 empty air gates.
  8. I like the new colors, but I like the older colors. I am just happy that Batwing is finally getting paint. The new colors look nice and sharp though.
  9. That's good news. I hope it'll be reliable.
  10. Keeping yourself hydrated with WATER helps. My friend greyed out on I305 when we rode it before, and it was because he barely drank any water. I don't think it's dangerous, but you should go to your doctor so that he/ or she can give you some safety tips before riding roller coasters if it's due to a health condition. If you normally have seizures, I would go to your doctor and ask him or her what to do for safety before you ride roller coasters.
  11. I am seriously surprised this actually happened. Like I mentioned in my opening day trip report, Jokers Jinx also seems to be getting a new paint job. Two new paint jobs in one year, good job SFA!
  12. Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I thought they'd paint Batwing before they'd paint anything else.
  13. Nice TR and photos! Everything looked great. Did you notice the fresh paint on some of the Joker's Jinx supports?
  14. Tonight was the opening night for Guys & Dolls! It was beautiful, and I had an amazing experience!
  15. That's a very sad story, even though it's only in RCT3. I hope the ride starts operating again soon. Steel Savage looks great though.
  16. Important Notice regarding the 2007 season for Six Flags Tulsa River Hello guests of Six Flags Tulsa River, though we know it is still quite early in the 2006 season season, we still wanted to inform everyone that due to the difficulties of profit, Six Flags Tulsa River will not be receiving any new attractions for the 2007 season. Our neighboring park, Frontier City, a Six Flags park is also currently going through a difficult time, and will no longer be a Six Flags park after the 2006 season because it has been sold to another amusement park company. However, Six Flags Tulsa River is not up for sale and will continue to be a Six Flags park. We still encourage everyone to get 2007 season passes, which we will begin selling in October. You can use your Six Flags Tulsa River season pass at any operating Six Flags park. However, your Six Flags Tulsa River season parking passes are only usable at Six Flags Tulsa River. Thank you, and have a nice evening. We will soon post the new 2006 updates which includes Batman Knight Flight Coasters' new layout.
  17. The Boomerang...April fools! Anyways, I'd have to say a lot of the GCI woodies I've rode have nice pops of airtime, especially El Toro. Wild One at SFA can also give some nice pops of airtime.
  18. I agree with Jon. Why don't you try starting a new path to the right of The Vampyre? You could extend it from there. The park looks like a nice classical park though. Good job.
  19. I like what you have done to the place Sebastian. You made the park look really realistic. It even looked realistically destroyed when it was flooded, lol. Keep up the good work, this makes me want to get an RCT2 .
  20. The park really looks nice. I don't really use custom scenery either. For a park with little custom scenery, it really looks realistic.
  21. Heck, the park doesn't even have an ocean theme. One of my elementary schools mascot were Snow Leopards, and there are no Snow Leopards near the US. My High school's mascot is a wildcat, and there are also hardly any wildcats nearby. And if you read my post, you would see that I said Six Flags New Ocean is supposed to get a water park soon. A lot of places just have names that aren't "themed" as that. It's an amusement park, it's supposed to have different themes, not just one. You're right on the name though. Since I'm still kind of new to RCT3, I kinda just gave it a random name. I'm also changing the mascot to "The Coaster warriors." I originally wanted to have Mr. Six be the mascot for all my parks, but I decided to give each park a different mascot. All that came to mind were animals at the time, lol.
  22. After a few months, Six Flags New Ocean finally opened to the public!! When we first opened our doors to the GP: Welcome to Six Flags New Ocean citizens of Tulsa, OK and nearby! Six Flags Frontier City is no longer your home park. As of 2005, Six Flags New Ocean is now your home park! Please take time to enjoy all of our attractions! We feature many choices for different kinds of people. If you go the left of the entrance, you will find 3 different roller coasters, 3 different flat rides, and a huge structure. The first ride is our swing set: Neighboring the swing set is our family coaster, "Cat In The Hat." This wild mouse roller coaster is enjoyable for people of all ages. Another roller coaster you will find nearby is our kiddie roller coaster, 'The Cougar's Lap." This roller coaster is themed after Six Flags New Ocean's mascot, the cougar. Our last roller coaster on the left side of our park is a thrilling B&M floorless coaster "Batman Knight Flight Coaster." (Note, this is not a replica of the Geauga Lake B&M floorless coaster.) Batman Knight Flight coaster will be renovated during the 2005-2006 off-season to expand the corkscrew after the cobra roll. The loop will also be removed to ensure that the coaster will still make it through the course with the new renovation. (Entrance.) (Part of a special pathway I made for it.) (The entrance to the pathway.) Also on the left side of the park is more flat rides including a Zipper, A Barn Stormer (Sky Screamer), and a Disk-o. ( Sorry about the bad shot of the Sky Screamer. We promise we will have a better shot the next time you ride .) The left side of our park also features the largest structure at Six Flags New Ocean. We will decide what to use the building for soon. Moving on to the right side of our park, you will find two more roller coasters. They are both thrilling roller coasters. One of them is our unique Intamin Strata coaster, "El Diablo." The other is a Vekoma Boomerang called "Boomerang." Here is El Diablo: And here is Boomerang: We have plans for a new Premier LIM Launched underground coaster for 2006. Further details will be released soon. We have already began constructing it, and theming has begun. (It will not be revealed to the public yet.) There will also be some new flats coming in 2006. We are also discussing plans for a water park in 2007,2008, or 2009. As you can see, at Six Flags New Ocean, we have Cougar spirit. And now for some random photos of Six Flags New Ocean: Thank you for visiting Six Flags New Ocean a lot during 2005. We hope to see you more during the last two months of the 2005 season and hope to also see you in 2006!
  23. OMG!!!, CGA is actually giving a coaster a roofed station .
  24. Yeah, I think it's better to keep it closed when the weather is too cold. It's not unusual. It's closed sometimes for the first week of the season. They had Joker's Jinx open though, and that's usually closed for the cold too, but it wasn't .
