Then I would go into Downtown Pittsburgh and visit one of the museums. (This happened before on me) What if Six Flags decided to change Batman the Ride (SFFT) to a ZacSpin?

I am absolutely furious with TV Land cancelling the Cosby Show reruns because of these false allegations against Bill Cosby. It's completely absurd for them to remove one of America's favorite shows from their line up because of a few stupid women who want attention from the media.

False. Only three so far. The person below me has ridden Shivering Timbers.

Unfortunately, yes. I've been on all three Flying Dutchmen. Are you excited for all of the new Domo plushies at IAAPA?

I really hope that SFX coaster will be open when I visit Ferrari World next March (but it probably won't be)! -
Photo TR: An Epic Theme Park Summer

Ah, Knoebels. I finally made it up this year, myself, and it's fantastic. As awesome as Phoenix is, I actually prefer Twister. I love the ejector airtime and incredible laterals in the last seat. Plus, it was a walk-on when I was there. For not liking Flying Turns as much, you should be glad you only waited 15 minutes for it, as I waited 90! I didn't think it was going to be as crowded as it was when I visited, and I didn't have enough time to do many flats. Can't wait for your next TR (and my next trip to Knoebels! ) Also, the pierogies there are amazing! -

That's a fantastic shirt, Martin. Too bad you can't reorder it through Zazzle. I would start hounding you for one! -

Judging from what appears to be rebar sticking out of the ground, I'd say this is footer construction. -
Carnival Industry Discussion Thread
GwaziBSRider1 replied to DanTheBooker's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I typically don't visit carnivals as I don't know a reliable source to track traveling coasters (If anyone here does, please let me know!). I do remember riding a Dragon Wagon of sorts that was owned by Shaw and Sons Amusements out of Maryland. I was a wee tyke back in those days, and I know they don't own it anymore. I did make the trek to the North Georgia State Fair last year to ride their Schwarzkopf Wildcat, and I ended up being pleasantly surprised by seeing a Wacky Worm...with adults allowed to ride! It was a nice fair to visit, and I'd like to visit more. I might try to head up to the Big Butler County Fair in Pennsylvania, as I know they've had a Wacky Worm in the past. I'd also like to check out that large fair in Toronto (the name alludes me) sometime as well. -

It will probably be very busy. If you must go, you'll need FastLane Plus to be able to do everything. If you go the day after, the crowds will be MUCH lighter. -

^ Remember, Vekoma is RMC's broker for international sales. Also, love the Puppet! That would be great for a haunt street performer! -
Worlds of Fun (WOF) Discussion Thread

^ Personally, I don't think it adds a "walk-in-the-park" feel since it's an upcharge attraction. I've been through the one at Cedar Point and it was interesting, but the upcharge is a deterrent for me to do it again (I probably wouldn't have done it in the first place, but a friend really wanted to do it). I'm sure there are others who feel the same way. I've always scratched my head at Dinosaurs Alive because it also seems like something that's meant for a museum or a place of its own. -
It depends on how much you plan to use your cup. It's all down to cost. If you're only going to get one or two drinks that day, the 99 cent refills would be better. If it's a really hot day and you plan to drink a lot, get the wristband. I've gotten the wristbands many times at various Six Flags parks, and I've always gotten my money's worth.

which was too much praise for it. The rebuilt version was so rough that people yearned for a smooth coaster...like Son of Beast! Both the Flashback and Ride of Steel coasters were removed, but nothing could prepare the coaster community for the new coaster. Michigan's Adventure announced...

Granted, but every coaster queue will be completely full. I wish that SFFT's Batman the Ride will be more rideable than SFMM's Green Lantern. -
