  1. ^ Their sluggish operations were terrible enough as it was. I just don't understand what their thought processes are behind their idiotic operations.
  2. October: Skyrush! When was the last time you rode a coaster that you regretted afterward?
  3. Steel Force - Dorney Park
  4. Both are in my top ten, but I prefer Twister. I love the air and laterals in the last seat.
  5. Thanks for posting, Robb! I may have to do this next time I'm in Orlando. Also, good for KT for dumping the captain! She can do better than some lousy Carnival cruise captain.
  6. A four year gap between Behemoth and Leviathan means nothing. If CW gets a coaster in 2016, it won't be because of that.
  7. Damn, that's steep! This is literally the only thing so far that has made me super interested in this coaster.
  8. Wild guess: Thunderbird at Holiday World
  9. Leviathan - Canada's Wonderland
  10. I am assuming it will be quiet in mid january. is it reasonable to do both sides in one day? Our priority would be: potter/ coasters (hulk, duelling dragons, hippogryph, gringotts, potterTrain, ripRideRocket) $135x2 is a lot, but we aren't going to get to florida very often.... (and i did just make a trip to munich with the sole purpose of riding olympia looping) I went the first week of January in 2012, and I was able to do both sides in a day without issue. The itinerary mentioned earlier is a very good one for you to follow, although I'd add ET to that list. If the crowds are a little high and you don't mind being separated, take advantage of the single rider lines. I know Mummy, Men in Black, and the Rockit all have one, but there are probably more that do as well.
  11. A little list here (in no particular order): Millennium Force, El Toro, Conneaut Lake Blue Streak, Skyrush, Magnum, Phoenix, Leviathan, Shivering Timbers, Bizarro, NTaG, Apollo's Chariot, Diamondback... I can go on and on.
  12. I've never had a problem with Vortex being rough. Until this year, I didn't even have a problem with that hairpin turn into the MCBR. I could go with a few obvious Boomerangs and SLCs, but I'm going to go with Wild Beast at Canada's Wonderland. It was BRUTAL when I rode in 2012, and I remember walking off and thinking "Son of Beast wasn't even this rough!"
  13. When you force your non-coaster nerd friends to credit whore with you. I've done that several times...
  14. Mean Streak could potentially be one of the 2016 projects at this point, considering only one of them has been announced. I'm still doubtful it will happen, but I certainly wouldn't be against it.
  15. ^ That was the problem I had with the park. It's too expensive for what they have. Fortunately, I used my Club TPR discount and paid a reasonable admission. Plus, as said, Rumbler was a walk-on all day long (and this was Labor Day weekend!). I may have to add a day to my Holiday World/Kentucky Kingdom trip this year just to marathon Rumbler again!
  16. When you fill out a survey about your visit and one of the questions asks what ads you've seen in the park.
  17. ^ I've only ever seen them pull it.
  18. After riding Green Lantern, I wouldn't wish for any park to get a ZacSpin (although I hear the European ones are far better). With this place being more of a family destination, a family inverted coaster would be a much better investment.
  19. "Let's Dance" - David Bowie
  20. Exterminator - Kennywood
  21. I never lie, Bill! (Okay, so just now. ) When was the last time you watched cable news?
