^Maybe you were taking a picture of the detailed queue gates for Thunder Mountain? That's what it kind of looks like to me. -
Wasn't this the prototype? And doesn't Skyline often get weird prototype Maurer stuff? Maybe they're just making room for whatever is next!

^Florida residents usually get $5-$10 off single one day Volcano Bay tickets. Other than that you're going to have to pay that price or sit through a time share presentation if you want cheaper tickets. They're really pushing the '3 park' multi-day tickets and pricing the one park, one day tickets stupid.

It’s no secret the park hasn’t been as amazing as it was ten years ago recently but I think we were all still really hopeful and pulling for them. This is sad. Also, if anyone knows how I can get a few of their fascination machines please let me know!!! -
^I really agree with you, I just don't see a lot of these smaller parks able to find their niche and compete with the big corporate parks in Japan. It's a shame because they have a totally different kind of charm and offerings. We'll keep visiting as many Japanese parks as we can to show the world and maybe even the locals how great they are!

At a time when so many Japanese parks are closing, it's nice to see Yomiuriland expanding! New coaster for 2021! They're adding another 'pavilion' to their newest area. It's a jobs/factory area previously home to the amazing Fashion themed spinning coaster and ramen themed rapids ride. Excited to see what this actually ends up being! ^Let us know how it is! -
I've noticed the SCMP slant as well. Someone really must have murdered their mother at a theme park or something cause they have it out for the parks! I will say that they're not wrong about the remoteness but great infrastructure at those hotels but I'm also assuming it was just a random idea by someone who wants to see parks fail. I also don't think Hong Kong needs that many quarantine beds at this time.
