  1. Glad to see they're still progressing. Looking forward to a proper 'Scandi Trip' again sometime in the next few years.
  2. Love this so much Chuck! Thanks for sharing and being such a great friend over the last 15 years!
  3. Bit of advice...go back as often as you can and don't wait! You never know what can happen. Also, great finale to a great report!
  4. ^^Yeah NO! Jersey Devil will open WAY before the equivalent time of West Coast Racers despite a pandemic!
  5. It really seems to vary based on state and school district. Here in Orlando we're lucky that all public middle and high school students have a county issued laptop. Most of the teachers at KT's school are doing a REALLY good job moving to online instruction. They're doing videos, games, Zoom classes, etc. Again, we were lucky that we were 3/4 of the way (exactly) through the school year when this started so the last quarter was mostly for reviewing for tests that are now all cancelled. Our governor wants to open schools again before the end of the school year (May 27) but I doubt that will happen. As of now we are confirmed closed through May 1.
  6. Agreed, love that ride! I'm just shocked Dorney is adding something to its dry side!
  7. Yup, that movie certainly has a lot of parallels to our current situation. I assume when we start issuing antibody tests or vaccines it will also be like in the movie and done by SS number!
  8. ^Their prefecture is not part of the big lock down, but I think 99% of their guests come from affected areas so I'm sure that's why they're closing.
  9. Seven prefectures have been locked down: Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Osaka, Hyogo, and Fukuoka. That does not include Nagashima's prefecture, but they may still close out of an abundance of caution.
  10. ^Oh man, I hadn't even thought about that (don't really think about CP that often!). It's probably going to be harder to staff CP than Epcot!
  11. ^I'd do all of that in a second to have our parks open!
  12. Tomorrow should have been Six Flags Great Adventure's Opening Day! I really think this is my favorite Six Flags park in the chain. Great coasters, big park, safari, good operations, sky ride, and Zumanjaro! Jersey Devil will be a really cool addition to the park too, when do we think it will open? I still think it will open sooner than anything at SFMM!
  13. Paard In Brand!!!! Love the photo of Daniel and Vogel Rok. Great report as always!
  14. ^I feel most countries are doing a better job than us at this point other than maybe Spain, Italy, and the UK!
  15. ^Isn't there some sort of mafia in NJ that will keep people doing construction!?!?
  16. ^Thanks for keeping us updated on Everland and the other Korean parks and situation over there.
  17. Six Flags America is a park that gets a lot of flak in the 'coaster community'. It should have opened yesterday for the season but once again, obviously, it did not. What would you do/suggest to fix the park up? Here's one of their worst coasters that Robb rode and suffered through just for you to enjoy the footage!
  18. ^I agree that the footprints and path are nice and cute, but I think Andy was more referring to being let into the park in a tiny corner, through a fence, into a toddler play area as opposed to the grand front entrance.
  19. Great report. This was by far my favorite Efteling visit out of about 10 in the past. We had a great time, great group of people, great weather, great crowds, and I ate my weight in Poffertjes!
