This is pretty exciting news! Was getting a bit worried this park would become less and less park and more and more zoo but with Kawasemi and now this, it's looking better! From Google Translate: Water wooden coaster Regina, 2000 year 3 Tsuki 18 days, then opened as the world's first water wooden coaster, but we have been familiar to many of our customers, 2019 aging of the vehicle is recognized in the summer of periodic inspection Therefore, the business was closed at the end of the inspection period. The customer's reaction to the sudden closure of business was very large, and on SNS etc., there were many voices wishing for a revival, along with voices of regret and gratitude. In order to meet this expectation and revitalize the amusement park, we have been promoting a Regina renewal plan that makes use of the existing track since the end of business. For the renewal, the area theme is "Steampunk * 1 ", a world view derived from the keywords "revival" and "development", and we will introduce new vehicles, enhance safety, and decorate the exterior. The new vehicle will have a capacity of 24 people ( 1 organization: 2 people x 12 vehicles), and compared to the previous vehicle ( 1 organization: 4 people x 7 vehicles), there will be more connections and smoother driving will be possible. In addition, we will install an auto gate on the platform to welcome customers safely and provide smooth guidance. And Regina's charm, such as the thrill and speed of running through the wooden frame, remains the same, and you can enjoy a steampunk world view that feels nostalgic and new. Please look forward to the new Regina that will start running again in the spring of 2023 .

The food locations at this park have always been weird operationally. Like even during summer season they're not always open or only open like 12-3. Glad you had a good time, great report! -

Can we somehow blame this on Lightning Rod and/or have it spread to the ride and just collect the insurance money!!? -

I love this park, but I have to be honest, I don't see that big of changes in their before and after pictures! Also, maybe, I just don't like 50s America theming!!! -

Trips are coming back slowly, but may not be open to the public for the first ones. Always best to send me a private message if you're interested in trips.

I will write more later, but I just gotta say, I LOVE THE GUINEA PIGS!!!! I have no idea why they are in a zoo, but I'll take it!!! -
^You have to ride Flight of Passage. I get what you're thinking and how you're seeing it, I was the same way. It's a simulator where I wear glasses and get sprayed in the face with water, what is this Universal!!? But it's just the most incredible ride and puts to shame every other simulator and most other rides! It's incredibly immersive and the movement of the simulator is incredible.

^We just watched it again last night. As jaded Disney locals the show is totally fine and great for normal guests! I think my only small criticisms are the opening feels a little slow, like there should be fireworks sooner than they finally show up and the ending song seems a little out of place, the pyro is great during the ending and seems way more intense and energetic than the song. The rest is amazing! People love the disney music and it's a lot of fun and high energy. -

Yikes. As others have said, at least it wasn't open! -
Yeah from what I'm seeing online it looks fine! I'm not going to judge ANYTHING from today though as it's the first day and a lot of bloggers went out to try and test the system. Let's see how it works this weekend and into next week. And funny enough, that's when we'll be trying out the new system!

I hate reading stuff like this. I mean, I expect it with some parks, but when we see some of the top parks in the country having the same issues as regional SF/CF parks it just hurts. Hoping this all gets sorted by next season.
