  1. ^ If you get in the standby line for GeForce you're not only waiting in a long line, you're also playing a casino game as to whether it will remain operational long enough for you to actually ride. Get the express pass, ride it ASAP when it's operational. Marathon it if you can, because it will have plenty of downtime for you to go enjoy the rest of the park.
  2. We've officially left planet Earth and are somewhere orbiting Pluto at this point. What's with people suddenly knowing more about the intimate details of purchase agreements and operations of mega-corporations than the people actually running said mega-corporations? You're a customer. You won't convince anyone how to run their park. Just, you know, stop.
  3. Ugh, I hope not. With how crazy multi-launch coasters have gotten, not to mention Pantheon being literally RIGHT THERE, Drachen Spire looks extremely uninspired.
  4. It's a sit-down train with OTS lap bars, similar to a Mack train, but the actual seats have shock absorbers that allow them to float up and down for added silliness on hills. That's according to (supposed) leaks, at least, so take it with a grain of salt until anything's comfirmed.
  5. ^ While I'd miss the Jaguar interaction, I gotta say the one in Belgium is easily the most disorienting shuttle loops I've ever ridden. Since it is 100% enclosed my brain couldn't compute when we were done with the loop in either direction. I loved it, just a launch into a spinny world of darkness with a blacklight ghost (I think?) at some point.
  6. I'm sorry, but you're wrong. Ramses: The Revenge was a ton of fun. Robot aliens in Egypt...that's just bonkers and awesome.
  7. That's just how development companies operate now. Raze the entire property, build your crap, then plant some trees that will grow over the next fifty years into something resembling shade. House hunting in new neighborhoods sucks because of this. You want shade? Build yourself a gazebo, pergola, or buy a bunch of (extremely expensive) semi-mature fauna and plant it yourself.
  8. It looks like something you'd build in RCT after ingesting your drug of choice.
  9. Yes, I absolutely love them. They're friggin wacky and I hit the brakes with an ear-to-ear grin every time. No ride has ever made me scream with terror and laughter as much as a freespin.
  10. ^ Oh, holy crap, so I finally got to ride Guardians this past November. I was blown away by how fantastic it was! I was thinking it would be a lame re-skin with more screens but WOW that ride kicks all kinds of ass!
  11. ^ James Gunn confirmed months ago on his Twitter that this ride takes place in a different universe than the main MCU timeline.
  12. Argument? I see a panel of experts conducting a serious investigation.
  13. ^ I mean the big kid rides aren't open yet so...
  14. Shamelessly stolen from a Reddit post - The airtime is gonna be wild!
  15. You guys are seriously lucky to have Aquaman coming. Those rides are an absolute blast!
  16. Yeah, go ahead and try to sneak one past them. Get your bell rung by cold steel at 70mph. Have a blast! I'm sure ICON Park would be ok with this plan, why not Busch?
  17. ^ You get a vest, you get a vest, YOU get a vest, EVERYONE GETS VESTS!
  18. The difference is Thunder Road was an old (and fairly boring) coaster that hardly drew a crowd. Nobody really gave a hoot that it got the axe, save for a few of you weird ones. Xcelerator is iconic to Knott's and is extremely high-thrill. You can't think about Knott's without associating Xcelerator with it. Yeah it's short but it packs more punch in those ten seconds than I did on prom night.
