It was cool enough that they had booster seats to begin with--this is even better! Agreed. I think I might be one of the only people who just doesn't like Impulse at all.

It's sad to realize how many people won't remember it that way. Even in 2010, it was close enough to that for me to love the place. Shame so many people missed out on its better days or witnessed its decline.

This hurts. My two visits never felt like enough, but I'm sure grateful for both.

I can now say I think a Tornado is a decent addition. I used to find them boring and generally avoided them. A couple of years ago I rode one again on a whim, and now I spin them so fast that random adults laugh at me from the sidelines. (I'll never know if I truly rode some lesser ones in the past, or if I'm somehow getting more easily impressed with age....)

Sometimes it had a terrible cycle, and sometimes a good one. I think the operators had control over how it ran. The more I look into this, the more I can see what an upgrade it (more than likely) will be--it's a similar ride type, but more than just a "same but different and new" replacement, one that would also be worthy of a bigger park.

Don't go by my word, but in the past I've noted them letting people on rides just past closing, which is always nice.

^^I just filled that one out, because I sure as heck want to know about any policies Six Flags is considering changing. I'm generally in favor of liberal self-expression and grooming policies, although I do understand the reasoning behind typical levels of strictness.

Yes, shocking headline. Although it's hard for me not to feel bad for injury victims (except, you know, all the blatantly stupid ones), apart from that I'm relieved to know it was someone who clearly could not have ridden safely, and absolutely should not have been permitted to ride if her disability was obvious.

I don't believe I even knew about this (which almost made me question if I've really been to Sea Paradise, but I remember only caring about a couple rides there). Sounds like a neat little water ride; your write-up in particular makes it seem like it was pretty cool!

That's a disappointing setback (even if possibly somewhat minor in the scheme of things). Although I doubt it (because why would it?), I do hope it doesn't change anything other than the timeline. Incidentally, I saw a tiny thumbnail of one of those photos earlier and clicked it just cuz it was a coaster...was quite a shock to see it was an image of destruction, and of Zadra no less....
