^I have a similar story with Medusa at SFDK. Still one of my favorite coasters. I haven't ridden Kraken too many times, but it's a solid, fun ride.

The last thing I purchased was also Taco Bell. But I spent...$29.19.

I'm out of my house right now. (Disclaimer: what I'm doing is allowed.) When was the last time you found an insect crawling on you?

Sounds like this will most likely be another "woulda, coulda, shoulda" park for me. Granted, I'd hypothetically written them off previously due to all the horrible reviews, but it sounded like the ownership change might have taken care of some of my concerns about how the park operated. It's hard for me to resist the call of a wooden coaster, so that's the main loss for me.

I decided to pause my Six Flags membership. Part of me kept thinking, "This is Six Flags. There's a good chance they'll mess this up somehow. Maybe it's better to leave well enough alone." I felt better seeing that the monthly charge will resume automatically once the park reopens.

The biggest surprise for me at a glance has been Comet at Great Escape coming in at #26 wood. Granted, I'm also a pretty big fan based on my mostly-marathoned rides in 2011. Is this a sign that it's held up well since then?

You're not alone. I've had enough semi-decent rides on Wildcat to have developed a bit of a soft spot for it, although it's not exciting enough for me to rank it highly.

I'm very glad Coaster is polyamorous. Number eleven is fantastic and fully deserved.

Now this is a bright spot in my day. Interesting lists, and the turnout was great! Also, wow, what an advertisement for Untamed--it's now back on my radar, as it should be.

Trouble.

My brain says this will amount to nothing, but my heart is totally drinking up this glimmer of hope.

I'm disappointed--I had always hoped to visit.

I just wanted to say that Hurricane sounds like my kind of terrible portable coaster. Good for them for installing it and keeping another oversized Miler in the game.
