As someone how is used to seeing $10-12 parking at my home park, I would be shocked though if I pulled up and saw $25. It might not be enough to keep me from visiting, but next time I'd try to find a local hotel with a free shuttle.

Hopefully it'll be better than the indoor "theme park" they added to the Kalahari in the Dells.

Was there ever any plans for a Florida version of DarKastle? Seems like the ride does well enough up in Virginia, just wondering if there was a ride ever designed for BGT, and why it never came to be. I think we'd all love to see on replace the Pantopia theatre, but it's been a few years since BGW put in theirs; the window is probably already closed.

Hmm, never really thought about it that way. Thanks for the info. And as far as raising per cap spending, I am all for that. I think Universal has been a pioneer of this the last few years with Hogsmeade and Fast Food Boulevard. I would totally be behind the CF parks figuring out ways to add in well themed lands with themed food, drink, and retail opportunities. Obviously they aren't going to bring in the huge IP's like Universal, but neither did Disney back in the 50s and 60s.

How are crowd levels on off days at Christmas Town? I know the Florida event can be absolutely dead many of the days.

God no. Turtle Trek is an obnoxiously loud, terribly animated, nauseating, 4 minute commercial for picking up trash. I love SeaWorld to death, but the last two additions to Florida have really missed the mark. Those webcams, though. Awesome!

The new water park looks fantastic! Love the whimsical style and I'm sure the "snow" will give everything a really neat sparkle.

Do you know where the third one would have been located? The DC/Baltimore area. What's with this area and planned parks not getting built?
