  1. And on another note..... I want to send my and support out to NEW YORK CITY, who back in the past, weathered one of the most awful events in our history....9/11. Again, they are being tested, but in a most different kind of way, medically. Here's to them, and all the CAREGIVERS and MEDICAL WORKERS and POLICE STAFF, Customer Services Staff (Around The World)* who are on the jobs still, helping those of us who need that help and support. You are loved and appreciated so much. Thank you. * (Who also love roller coasters and theme parks)
  2. Something being sung soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo fukkin fasttttttttttttt. On the radio. And being sung in Cuban. I think. * Sung by Alex Cuba! It's awesome!
  3. May (or thereabouts), appears to be The Chosen Time Period, parks all over the world, are considering re-opening in. An observation.
  4. There are people around the world, having beach parties and Co-vid Parties... Idiots. p.s. I'm supposed to be kind and supportive, of morons like this? Who are/were already probably passing IT back and forth like a ping pong / TAG YOU'VE GOT IT kinda thing. Disgusting. RANT never Over.
  5. Although the ride vehicles aren't full of riders, this is an amazing 360' video of the Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway attraction in DHS. The best thing about this video is, you can place the POV at the back, so you're going backwards. But you also get to see how a few of the scene changes occur, and what happens while you're "facing forward." Very cool to watch IMhO. (Video is from ATTRACTIONS Magazine, thanks.) (Sorry, I really don't know how to condense this into a much shorter link. Dumb bear, I am.) When you start the video, just turn the "camera" to the back of your car. And enjoy the unusual view.
  6. ^^ Would liked to have seen what happened, next. Hmmm. Maybe not.
  7. ^ You really like eggs on your burgers, don't you? Just noticing. Still looks awesome!
  8. ^ Great thing to do! And your clock looks awesome! However, I have none of those skills, lol. Ah well. Life. Just heard on the radio, that one of our Maritime Provinces, is banning groups of people from gathering outdoors, that 'number' larger than 5. EDIT: So what does a baby or babies, count as? = 1/2 person? 1/4 person? LoL.
  9. ^ We ate it up. And I forgot to take finished photos. It was good.
  10. We decided tonight, to try the non-meat burger patties being sold, now. The setup - waiting for the oven to heat up. Buns in the oven . The fakes. Frozen fries. Now slightly thawed. Yum. (TO BE CONTINUED...)
  11. "Into The Mystic" Van Morrison
  12. Hmmm. Guess it's time, to reveal my true identity... Surprise! Fooled me, too!
  13. ^ How cool to hear your cinemas doing that, seating wise. Hope it works out. Too bad main theatre productions (U.S./Canada included) and movie complexes can't figure out similar configurations, in their respective theatres. And then there's the sizes of casts, onstage.... But the less sized groups of people, the better for now, I agree.
  14. ^ Ah ...... okay. Noted, thanks.
  15. I know this isn't totally "extinct" but... What I would really enjoy riding, is an updated version of the original MAD MOUSE. Tracked the way it originally was, using the same circuit, when it was all metal etc. And use the same design for those cars, too! Front wheels (at least) 1/3-1/2 way back. The newer more plastic-y versions (i.e. The Fly in Canada's Wonderland; Coast Rider in Knot's) are total 'ugh' to me. The original versions (even the then, updated Monster Mouse) were more thrilling and scary (and NOISY!) than the current crop. You'd think after all the variations and themes of the larger steel coasters they've done, they could at least, take a better look and design of the original Mouse. And make it better than what they've come up with, in the past years. I would love to have an original one of these, back in Playland(PNE). Overhead shot. Photo c/o PNE. I loved this coaster!
  16. ^ Very cool! You should post this entire post, with the photo of what you've done, in That C Thread, heh. People need to get back into their "craft zone," lol.
  17. ^ I just figured, if they did it in the summer time, it'd be pretty hot, and needing a lot more refrigeration of the various foods offered.
  18. I still have no F-ing idea what the "Navy Seals Copypasta" is.
  19. ^ Actually, I thought he said the trip was "March-April" for 10-12 days. One month into the other, that meant to me. Meaning, it probably/possibly didn't happen, due to current obvious reasons.
  20. Besides Halloween, is there another event Knott's does in the Fall? I forget if they do something else. Fall Season would be perfect for the Boysenberry Fest. Harvest time. Good eatin'. I'm sold!
