The "Preview" Thread
Chris Benvenuto replied to DBru's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
This is more of a plea for a partner, then it is for help. Would anyone like to help me build a park in RCT2, because I had an idea kicking around in my head and I wonder what some of you might think of it. Please PM me, if you want to help out or are interested. -
Muscle Park in Tokyo Closing
Chris Benvenuto replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Awww....another unique industry attraction bites the dust. It's good to hear there's a 2nd location that'll still be open, but man, I was hoping to get there one day on a future trip or future TPR trip. Darn. -
Well, another part of my life has ended. Which is my teenage years. I'm 20 now.

^ that would go in the category of the 90 closed, demolished or SBNO woodies. It wasn't relocated like the one's he singled out. -
Even though this isn't a rant, this thread fit the bill: Crap, I lost my dog today. He was in so much pain, seemed like the only proper thing to do to put him down. I'm gonna miss him.

OMG Becky look at his salad, it IS SOOO Big! He looks like one of those Veggie girls boyfriend, his salad's so large and out there. It's gross! Look! It's just...so...WACK! MY GOD, that salad was huge. -
I agree with this. I'd do the same if I had free plane tickets.

I was at Phantasialand back in 2006, I have to admit this park is probably one of the best I've ever been to. In my mind, it felt and looked to me like a German version of Disneyland. This may not be a common agreement, but that's what it felt like to me at the time I was there. Winjas had to be one of the best spinning coasters I've ever ridden, with all the track effects and with the weird in the dark bounce at the end of the ride on the brake run. That's freaking awesome, that totally caught me off guard. I was 15, in a country and park in which I had never been to before and I didn't know WHAT to expect. But, overall, reading this topic and hearing opinions of others who have gone on trips and have had a good time. I'm confident I'm going to have fun next season, not only meeting all of you on the trip but also conquering alot of the rides with you all. Thanks for taking the time to write this all out Elissa, and giving some input into this as well, Robb. I value it greatly.

I'd take the Liver/Onions. Would you staple your foot or have your tongue pierced 10 times? EDIT: WUMWIP, your signature photo is HUGE! Get rid of it before the moderators go apecrazy on you.

With the first "show" segment, there honestly should be a thank-you section to all the people who tried to keep the thread alive and on the front page (including me). It's just a thought, and the show agenda's up to you of course, Big Mike! Glad to see everything's back up and running and I looked forward to this day like I said to you on Facebook a week ago! Woo!

Ouch, hope it didn't hurt too bad. I hope you at least put ice or something cold on it when you returned home.

Have a sore throat, living with the mediocre fact I'm a poor college student forced to save most of his gift/birthday so he can have fun most of the time. Having the looming reality despite your favorite baseball team is doing well, but yet may not do well enough to advance to the playoffs based on how they perform in the 2nd half. Trying to make things move day in and day out, and wishing some of the pain of being jobless and inactive would go away. That's about how I feel at the moment. So, I'm done
