  1. I find that VERY hard to believe, you knew what you were clicking on. You knew exactly, everything else is properly titled. Poor excuse. As for the coasters, it's classifies as RCT2 even if it isn't impressive to most of us. But, I do also encourage the fact that when you have something good to show us. Do show it. Not a random collab of rides that look like they've came with the game. Sorry if this sounds harsh. But, it's the truth and also my opinion to be honest.
  2. Ugh, I hope I get good conditions in late May. I'm doing a two-day stay at Cedar Point for Memorial Day, staying in Sandusky. I'm crossing my fingers @ this point that we get decent crowds, not heavy ones.
  3. RIP Ernie. You will be missed. 1918-2010
  4. My autism was confirmed when I was about four years old and I've lived with it for 15 years of my life. To me, and the way it effects me is so minor it's more of a label to me then anything. Sure, I may get more time on tests and quizzes while at school but that's it really. I'm the type of Aspie that's on the bare end of the Autistic spectrum, and I'll be on that fringe grip for the rest of my life. My autism was alot worse when I was younger, but I learned to bear with it and what people call me. (Retard mainly ). But, yeah, I'm 19 now. You're just one of the pieces in the LARGE autism puzzle, don't worry we're with you and will support you if you ever need it.
  5. I tried one of the Double Down's tonight, and to be honest. It was nothing special, it was good and it tasted fine. Just the picture of it is overhyped, IMO. It's tasty, but it's not something I'd go back to KFC for to have just this. I give it a 7/10.
  6. Whew, I'm glad I got on it when I did last summer. But, in the long run if it keeps the ride running and well-maintained, I'm all for the idea. L-T-D's is a fun, cute lil' old ride. It's over 100 years old, yet it's still fun to ride and I even got a few pops of air on the last few hills. Hopefully, if I ever return to Lakemont w/ this policy in effect I'll have to ride and get one of the special ticket stubs in honor of being one of the limited riders of that season of attendence. You've made it to 100+ L-T-D's. Here's to 100 more?
  7. Double paths. Hmmm, maybe that was the maker's choice to use them? I see the usefulness of realistic paths, but sometimes, it just depends on what the builder wants.
  8. ^ when you eat food, what's going into your body in detail is the LAST thing I tend to think about. Honestly, if we all did that, we'd all literally starve and I don't do it when I eat. It makes me feel guilty, and therefore I throw the food away in digust. Your points are well hear, but in reality most people do not think of what fast-food is made of when they eat it. I'm not against the debate and the further break-down of the food product, but what I'm saying is most do not think of the details. just my 2 cents, on the detailed food debate.
  9. I went on this once last April, when I went to ride Diamondback the 2nd weekend it was open. I found it smoother then Mean Streak, but not by much and now that's it being removed. I kinda won't miss the piece of crap, and seriously, I don't think many WILL miss it at all.
  10. In regards to the park's First Rider auction for Shoot The Rapids, I'll be there on Opening Day to be one of the first 30 riders on the ride. I posted a winning bid of 100 dollars, it tickles my pride that I'll forever be part of Cedar Point's ride history and that I'll have memories that will last a lifetime. I'm fricking excited, I'll make sure to have photos from the event. http://www.firelandsredcross.org/ShootTheRapids/default.htm Link for reference.
  11. ^^ Look at photos of Black Mamba, and Phantasialand's backstory for that ride and I think you'll understand the reason for the purposely confused clutter of land and scenery.
  12. Aw. I looked forward to riding it one day in the future, but, oh well. You can't always get what you want, and life will go on without me getting another good credit in the eyes of many.
  13. ^ he's right, 3.8 is nothing I've taken burrito-powered dumps that produce 7 and 8's easily.
  14. I'm not quite sure I understand what the point of your comment is. Did you READ this thread? We have been discussing that, even though the pictures may not show it, this sandwich is actually NOWHERE NEAR AS BAD FOR YOU and many other offerings at other fast food places. It's about on par with a Big Mac. Or, like, are you one of those insane people who won't be happy until every fast food place just sells salads with low-fat dressing, apple slices, and bottles of water? I have to assume you've just not read this thread otherwise you wouldn't have posted what you did. And if in the off chance you DID read the thread and then still responded the same, well, then I just have to assume you're not that educated as far as the nutritional values (or lack thereof) of this food item versus others that are being offered. --Robb "Read a thread before responding to it is a good thing!" Alvey Pffft, Those crazy health-food peoples and their apple slices with low-fat salads! Such fast-food blasphemy! I've been meaning to try one of these double-down sandwiches, but, maybe I will when I get there next w/ friend or family. Who knows, I eat it sometime in the future.
  15. ^ hey, I maybe a Tigers fan true and blue. But, I admire Jenks, great guy and an excellent closer. White Sox fans are so lucky to have him, he'll do well this season. I have a feeling he'll rack up 30-40 saves before the season's end.
  16. ^ He reminds me of a younger version of myself, yet I only had the problem of finishing parks. Not Rides. But seriously, I echo the opinion of those above me CoasterGeek. Relax, and don't do too much at the same time! Experience comes with years and practice, not with a whole bunch of rushed, half-completed rides!!
  17. Ugh, I went on that and sheeze, that ride is incredibly wet! It's fun, but Jeeze, plan to send alot of time under hand dryers and bring a dozen towels. That ride will SOAK you to DEATH!
  18. Saw my Tigers @ Comerica Park, today. They won 4-2! GO TIGERS, we're now 4-1!
  19. This is terrible, and I'm at a loss for words....my prayers go with the Polish people throughout today. May god bless Poland
  20. Heh. No. The day Cedar Fair actually applies good theming to their rides, that's the day hell has frozen over.
  21. Because mainly, a coaster w/ only a completed first hill and unthemed station is not much to go by. So, please, post more of the park itself instead of dropping construction until you get what you want
  22. ^ That was a problem a member had, this guy probably threw the dragon slaying in the TR for fun and for laughs. Two completely different things, IMO.
