Three of the four were involving the idea of selling the ride, it failed so it's going to KBF. -
Well, in regards to what I'm doing? I'm striving for a summer job at CP, and see where it goes from there really.

^ BAH!!! We've only gotten 4 resturants in the past 3 years. A new arcade or game center would be nicer then more food. -
Come to think of it now, reading that job section, you should go for the internship. If Elitch isn't going to offer alot, I'd go with the Cedar Fair internship and it sounds right now just about the right thing to do. That's what I would do in your shoes, at least.

My statement was just an observation, not something to get hustled over. Sorry if you misunderstood.

I'm thinking meeting with TPR members at Magnum at 1pm on October the 24th, 2009. The reason for the one hour gap, is so that any people doing this impromptu meet-up can grab lunch before seeing each other. I'll be going with a group, and I'll be wearing a grey TPR hoodie to the park. Details: You really just need to meet at Magnum plaza at 1pm. Just grab some lunch, and we'll all meet there and start with Magnum and work our way around the park. Well! Who's up for a unofficial get together?!

Alot of Theme Park department heads and CEOs TODAY started at the bottom, as a simple pawn under the guidance of a much bigger plan. This cycle will continue, people will keep working summers, get a full time job and work their way to the top in their department or area. I remember an old blog post of Tony & Tyler on CP's website and they even said they started at the bottom in the Mid 80s and worked their way to the top, and with their boss Dick Kinzel? HE started the same way, but beginning in the 70s and got to CEO in the 90s.

even if I really had $2500, I would never use it on baseball tickets. That's just freaking ridiculous, that article has a point. -
Look whatever you do Robb, I'm all for it. I've been supporting this series of DVD's since they were only VHS tapes and I've loved every edition, theme or version you've made. To be honest, there should be a DVD themed to "Crap". Hmmm..... One of the RAW DVD's should be called something like "Crappalooza-the best of THE WORST!!!". Hey, it's a thought, but you may approve of that idea. I do. Seeing a Japan themed one would interest me greatly, since there'd be POV's of rides I could never see for myself if I didn't get on a TPR trip or ACTUALLY travel to the nation myself to ride. But you're the one in charge, Chief. It's up to you, and anything you put out for us I'll support. Overall love the RAW series!

Fail. 2006 we were expected to get swept in 3. The Yankees failed to make a dent, and we won the series in 4. I know we lost in the World Series that postseason, but that is one of the most wrong facts I've seen postseason wise. Twins, I dunno. If you were referring to the regular season, then yes you are right, LOL! -

Saddest night of the 2009 season for all Tigers fans. You won Twins, you won. This one of the biggest of FML's of my life, since this is one of the most historic implosions in the history of the MLB. Why me? WHY ME?! Alll well, there's always 2010. -
Worst Theme Park Experience
Chris Benvenuto replied to deathbydinn's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^^ It's generally an annoucement over the ride's PA system, and they go to explain what happened and so on. One of them I remember personally is: "Top Thrill Dragster is currently down due electrical reasons, we do not know how long this will be. You're able to ride any other of the rides here at Cedar Point. Top Thrill is currently down to electrial reasons, we do know how long this will be, etc." Just switch out the ride for other rides when it breaks down, due to Mech, Tech or Electrial reasons. My worst experience is going to Cedar Point on any 90+ degree day in the summer, it's horrible. I'm leaving it directly at that.
