Help me please.
Pufferfish replied to expeditioneverestfan's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
I recommend using Gimp, it's completely free and has an easy scaling tool that will allow you to shrink it down to any size. Also you can save it as a different file type using gimp as well, and you can make a duplicate of the picture, just in case you want to keep the original. -
Grand Central
Pufferfish replied to Pufferfish's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Well, it's been exactly a month since my last update, and I don't have much to show for it. I pretty much came to a stand-still thinking of what i could possibly add to Super Hero World. Thankfully a little fairy came to me in the middle of the night and said, "Build a lake and a Huss jump!" And so, I did, as well as a couple other little odds and ends. ^ I have one section left to complete in the park, Mario Land, and that is actually a really good idea. Anyways, now onto the pictures! SCR43.BMP The third a full overview of the entire park as currently stands. Thanks for watching and come back soon! All comments welcome. SCR42.BMP The second showing the remaining area for the final section of the park. SCR41.BMP Now I leave you with 3 overviews. This is the first showing the now complete, unless I think of some other random thing to add in the way of landscaping etc., Super Hero World. SCR38.BMP From this point they become completely separate. SCR32.BMP And dueling, there are a few more places where they are synchronized, but you'll just have to wait for the download to find out. SCR31.BMP Dueling. SCR30.BMP Racing. SCR29.BMP Now a series of photos from the opening of Super Alliance showing detailed views of a few points where they duel/race. Here, they are racing. SCR40.BMP Hooray! A new shooting dark ride themed to Green Lantern. Poor batman is feeling depressed having only an ICEE stand named after him. SCR39.BMP After Wolverine killed the fairy, all its blood created the awkwardly shaped Grand Lake conveniently located in the center of Grand Central. SCR26.BMP And the fairy said, "Let there be a Huss Jump!" and there was Wolverine's Claw. SCR25.BMP Here is the new entrance to Super Hero World as well as the aptly named vending center Super Drinks. -
Happy 4th birthday TPR! The greatest site on the internet. I wish i had remembered to get a present, but I forgot. Oh well, there's not much you can give to something that has it all.

Why do you think execution should be allowed?
Pufferfish replied to Adriel's topic in Random, Random, Random
I say that if the crime is bad enough, let them hang. I don't want to be paying for the health and care of a murderer or rapist, and I certainly don't want them back out on the streets. I'm sorry but if you murder someone, I'm not giving my taxes for you to rest peacefully in our hotel-like prisons for the rest of your life being sheltered and fed daily. -

I have an entire stack hidden in my closet containing almost every girl band that came out in the late 90s, Aron Carter's first CD, Radio Disney Jams, and, dare i mention it, the Yu-Gi-Oh! soundtrack! At least I only borrowed the Pokemon soundtrack from my sister, that's her burden.

When it comes to television, I love comedies. I think my current favorite is Big Bang Theory. Sheldon is one of the greatest characters ever created. I am now starting to fall in love with The Chaser's War on Everything. I really miss some of the older shows such as Everybody loves Raymond, Who's Line Is It Anyway?, and of course The Man Show. Ziggy Zoggy Ziggy Zoggy Oi Oi Oi!

I just got back from watching the midnight premier of Friday the 13th. Let me tell you, this was classic horror. Micheal Bay did a better job on this than Rob Zombie did on Halloween. This is not a remake though, this is actually an alternative sequel for the original. It had a good cast of unknown actors, ultra cheesy lines, and of course several moments of pee-your-pants ultra gory terror. Seriously, any hardcore horror fan will definitely appreciate this movie. It's one of the good ones that will have you laughing one second and then the next screaming in terror. The only negative I have towards this film is the extremely long opening sequence, it feels like it should be a movie in itself. Other than that, there are a few stupid unexplained events, namely how one character actually survives, but I won't go into that so as to avoid any spoilers. Anyways, if you like horror, go see it. If you like the franchise, go see it. If you have a friend who screams easily, take them and have fun laughing, I know I did.

Ever had a black out on a coaster?
Pufferfish replied to Dark Vampire's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I have never blacked out, but i have experienced several gray outs. The best of which have been on Arrow loopers such as Tennessee Tornado and Carolina Cyclone. I've also occasionally blacked out on Vortex at Carowinds. That little B&M stand up packs a nice punch. Anyways, in my mind, high gs and the sensation of graying out makes a ride much more interesting. My sister on the other hand blacks out a lot. She blacked out on Kumba for most all of the ride. -
EPCOT Center Recreation [RCT3]
Pufferfish replied to mcjaco's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
This has got to be the most realistic recreation of a Disney park I have seen. I'm currently singing your praises and patiently awaiting every update with increased anticipation. I just want to know, are you shooting for a particular year in the park's past, or are you doing a current recreation just with certain rides as their older better selves? Good job and keep it up! -
Coaster Question Game
Pufferfish replied to triggernel's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
S&S Power. The model is El Loco. This is a nice game. What park has the only other S&S El Loco and what is its name? Do I have to put a difficulty rating? -
Six Flags Magestic Fields
Pufferfish replied to Fat-G's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Get gimp or photoshop to change the file type to a jpeg or bmp. Also if the picture's resolution is larger than what is allowed, you can easily scale the image down using the exact same tools. I really recommend Gimp since it is free. www.gimp.org/ -

No Pictures Allowed ???
Pufferfish replied to cathyJ's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Well, that could have happened, depending on where your friend was standing taking the video. Only place I know of that you can take an off ride video of Thunder Road is probably in a restricted area. If so, then security had every right to do that. If not, then I have a really hard time believing this story. -
I really hope the Cardinals win. They have been through a lot the past 61 years. It's their turn to shine. Besides, any team that can make me feel embarrassed to be a Carolina fan, is good in my books. Also, the Steelers just won 4 years ago. They also don't have Chris Hope anymore. I have no interest in the Steelers anymore.

How many times the same ride in a day ?
Pufferfish replied to mingsai's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The first time Thunder Road was open again after it's major repairs, I rode it 30 times in a row, 10 on silver, 20 on blue. Also, I ride Afterburn at least 10 times every time I go to the park. Normally, I do it around 20. My highest record for re riding something though, while it's not a coaster, is Drop Tower. 40 consecutive times without moving a muscle. -
Mystery Mine and Space Mountain (WDW) both have great prelift segments. If prelaunch segments count, then Mummy's Revenge should go in here too. Its dark ride section is very well done.
-
If you feel unsure about fitting on the ride, there is a test seat right outside the entrance. If you can fit in B&Ms, you should have no problem with Nighthawk. I agree with Jess on some Vekoma's fitting tightly, mostly the SLCs, junior slcs, and standard loopers, mostly because they allow next to no shoulder room, and they are very compact. Most coasters like that have a height maximum as well as a minimum. Nighthawk has no declared maximum. The restraints have a very large amount of room to stretch and fit a body. I promise you, you'll fit fine.

Paragon Park Giant Coaster
Pufferfish replied to Satchboogie3's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^He's trying to find pictures of it before it was remodeled in 1932. All the RCDB page shows is recent pictures. Sadly, I cannot find any old pictures of it. All I can find is 60's and later. -
Did you know, there are 87 pages of results on google related to spanking. Not a single one describes how much more painfull and spanking is on the moon in the lower gravity. I wonder how a cat o' nine tails feels on the moon. Probably a good hit from your standard paddle could launch a person 10 feet into the air. That brings up a good idea for a sport! I can see it now, professional spanking! Girls and boys all decked out in latex and spiked with testosterone come out and see how high they can launch each other by spanking.

[RCT2] No name Park
Pufferfish replied to upside down's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Nice job so far on this. Is the new coaster a clone of that weird shuttle in Japan? If so, how did you get it to go to the end of the forward spike? I've never been able to get that to work right. -
Park Is Dead
Pufferfish replied to the ghost's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Look's good so far, though I'm hoping it will look better as you fill in all that empty space. Also, thanks for naming your new invert Hornet. will it be a clone of mine? Just Kidding. I like the water coaster, simplistic, yet looks like fun. I'm curious about the subterranean portion though . Keep up the good work.
