  1. The pieces look too slender to be a part of the main structure, maybe part of the stairs or some secondary machinery strapping. Glad no one was injured.
  2. B&M's have historically been better at meeting opening goals than most other manufacturers.
  3. Maybe no one likes Steve? (kidding) This mini El Toro was an awesome surprise. Fun Fun Fun!
  4. Great Interview! Good luck on another Great season.
  5. ^Agreed. I really need to make a trip down there.
  6. This is a great pic of what was a very very fun ride. The movement of this thing is like nothing else I've ridden. I wonder if we'll ever see another one built.
  7. Derek, I got your PM, but I figured I'd respond in here. My participant of choice is..... YOU! This was a selfless fun contest and I think you should reward yourself so donate my winnings to your own fundraising!
  8. Dinosaur Alive looks extremely well done, still not sure I'd go see it without a kid in tow, but it looks good. Thanks for the update.
  9. That surprise "credit" looks like a butterfly on crack. As such, i'd likely get sick on it.
  10. I figured there would be more cock at a rooster festival.
  11. ^That make more sense than the park president hoping to get only two years out of an effectively seven million dollar investment and then tear it down.
  12. ^ Hot Models? Where? I don't see any hot models.
  13. It LOOKS like a great ride. Shane and I rode it once in each row to see if it had a sweet spot. Alas, it sucked in every row, their Gerstlauer Bobsled was a thousand times better.
  14. if you mean Penguin's Blizzard River, I believe the land behind there may be wetlands which would make building something next to impossible. But on the other side of those wetlands...
  15. Wow, honestly i'm shocked they even broke ground.
  16. Wow. That's dedication. I play WoW and Diablo III for free so I true it out. I'm not sure if I like the click to move and fight interface. I also keep trying to zoom out or use my extra mouse buttons. Hopefully I get used o it, but it won't get me to leave WoW.
  17. I was thinking the same thing. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a sign telling you that you can visit the progress right now... If you upgrade your ticket.
  18. Perhaps inside the park where Fantasyland will actually will be built? Seems odd to be in a different park. But kudos to them for actually putting it on display, I love stuff like this.
  19. At least it isn't the park that is over hyping the coaster *cough* th13teen *cough*
  20. I see they are sticking with the same color scheme. The start of the slide looks really gradual, I wonder how quickly it will head thought that part.
  21. Do the riders in back get spritzed? Nice pictures as always. (and seeing the Mt Olympus pic, i miss Lou & Kyle)
  22. The train slows down much more than I expected by the end. I'm sure it'll still be awesome but I figured it would have more umph going around the final bits.
  23. Not sure that the area will really support more housing, but good luck to them.
  24. ^I think you are counting tour chickens. It doesn't look as bad as I thought it would considering what it was like in 08. The park definitely has some upkeep issues but it also looks like the report went searching for some of he stuff (like behind buildings etc.)
  25. Please be sure to include over the shoulder restraints so we can all politely discuss their benefits!
