What a specific estimate.

I've ridden Kick Booty (Bootie, Boodie, whatever) at the Bourbon County Fair, outside of Lexington, KY in the mid 90s. It was the main attraction at the fair and seemed like it was a probably there every year, because the hillbillies just raved about it. I was a bit freaked out by it. It seemed dangerous...like a finger could get smashed or an ankle broken really easily. Once was enough for me. I didn't find it terribly thrilling, just kind of weird and a little bit frightening.

Woohoo Fireball! I haven't had a chance to ride very many good wooden coasters...I'm looking forward to Fireball changing that.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. That woman needs to have her tubes tied. I've had enough of that creepy cult family and their ankle length denim skirts trying to invade John and Kate Plus Eight's territory. Even John and Kate are annoying, but at least their kids are cute and don't all have names that start with the same letter. Also, that was to most amusing collection of hillbillies that I've ever seen. Those "beauty queens" on the pickup truck were real catches. And I don't think that was really Dolly. It was a wax figure from Ripley's down the street.

I may go back to SFOT this year. It's only 20 minutes away, but I haven't been in 4 years. Other than that, the TPR Shanghai trip is all I have planned.

Deaf people can't really tell people how they're feeling (except with sign language), so they tend to exaggerate expressions to get their point across. Or at least, that's my understanding. Plus, since Luke is also gay, he's extra dramatic. I have a crush on him.

Obviously it would be the sword fight at the top of the cliff in The Princess Bride. "Who are you? I must know."

I'm surprised nobody got seriously hurt on the cheese hill...especially falling forward with it on your back. It seemed really dangerous. The Virginia hillbilly lady always looks drunk. Especially when she was crawling up the hill. I was sure that they would have been the first to go. I'm glad my favorite team was in 1st place. I hope the communication barrier doesn't become an issue. At some point, I am sure he is going to be separated from his mom during a Road Block or something.

Wow, your camera sucks. The zoom and clarity is pathetic. You would have been better off using one of those disposable things from Walgreens.

The son is an actor too. He was the security guard in The Good Girl (one of my favorite movies) and he wrote and starred in Chuck and Buck, which was really weird and not very good at all.

Woohoo! I love Amazing Race, and I didn't know the next season was coming up either. I can already tell that I will also be rooting for the mother/son team. Partly, because the mother/son team should have won last season, and also because I have such respect for deaf people. I've always thought sign language should have been offered as a foreign language when I was in high school. Is it weird that I think sign language is kind of sexy?

I won too. I probably won't even use it though.

I know the feeling as well. I also sent a message to Elissa, because my boyfriend's work is making everyone in the company take 5 unpaid hours off every week until further notice. I'm hoping that it will only last for a short period of time and I'll still be able to make the next deposit. I'm just afraid that as soon as I send in the check, he will be laid off or something. Stupid economy.

At this point, I can't tell if everybody is being sarcastic, or just stupid.

In that audio interview, the public relations woman said that Nighthawk was being repainted yellow, with navy supports. It seems odd that they would repaint it yellow, if the mystery coaster (which is also yellow) is actually going to Carowinds.

I'm impressed. I wasn't expecting much, but it's pretty damn good.

^American carriers no longer offer free alcohol on international flights. Northwest is the last American carrier to offer it, but they won't after Feb. 1.

I like Annie too. The stage production has a lot more songs than the crappy movie with Carol Burnett, but there aren't as many orphans doing gymnastics everywhere. I think "Maybe" is a beautiful song...plus I always get cold chills when I hear children sing (if they sing well, that is).

Sam's Club is horrible. I worked for the company for 12 years. As soon as I quit, I purchased a Costco card. The quality of the products, employees, and customers are better at Costco.
