  1. Lookin' good! Thanks for the update, won't be too too long now until they start testing it.
  2. I've been to the park in both March and July and it was still closed from the collapse. I'm pretty sure Knott's is going to implement the ride for The Haunt and I would guess at the latest it will at least be ready by then.
  3. That photo looks legit, they use Jack alot because he was the most successful of all the icons, I can't wait to get to HHn, it'll be my first visit to the one in Hollywood.
  4. The area where Skytower and Ninja are, are really good, shady quiet spots for a romantic moment! I really wish you the best of luck with your treatment, and your relationship!
  5. OMG... that butt is unbelivable... Tell me more about those weird dark rides!
  6. ^ I just figured it would be somewhere in the Southern part of country... lol. I can't believe I was able to get myself out of a similar situation at SFGADV, I almost lost it after waiting 3 hrs for KK only to be cut...
  7. I'll be checking out Lagoon next year after my move to the west coast, Wicked looks amazing!
  8. I can't believe I live so close and have never been here, what a shame, I must make it a point to visit before the big move.
  9. I am 100% sure that is a dude, check out the chin! OMG!
  10. 2007 so far has brought me to... Lake Compounce Six Flags New England Six Flags Great Adventure Six Flags Magic Mountain Disneyland Disney's California Adventure Adventure City Knott's Berry Farm Universal Studios Hollywood Casino Pier Morey's Piers (3 parks)
  11. I really hope this park gets saved, it would be a shame to see everything sold off so early in its life.
  12. Awww, I've never seen a caterpillar themed "Go Gator". The Cyclops ride is a KMG Afterburner, one of my favorite flat rides, a lot of fun! The game you questioned is a "Jacob's Ladder", you pay the cost of admission and if you can make it to the top of the unstable ladder you win a big prize, it's extremely difficult to accomplish...
  13. I'm only an hour away but I'll have work that day. James isn't too fond of Batman but some of us really like it, myself included, it's a nice little B&M and it's a refreshing change from the more common, larger floorless coasters and packs a little punch despite some rattling... SRoS is epic and is definately worth the drive. Get a q-bot if youre going on a Saturday if you want rerides, otherwise it will be less crowded as it gets closet to closing time.
  14. Of course there's memory loss and seizures, how else could she file a good lawsuit?
  15. Poor bastard... Is thi sparticular boomerang known to be smoother than others?
  16. It sucks to hear Baco is painful especially in its debut year... I love the photos, keep em coming!
  17. I feel ya on the skyride thing... I'm not neccessarily scared of heights but the whole hanging on a little cable makes me uneasy for some reason. The one at Lake Compounce is a nightmare if you have this fear, hehe, rode it once and never again! Great TR so far, I absolutely love Morey's Piers, mainly for their dark rides and it was good to see some photos. What did you think of Dante's Dungeon?
  18. You gotta love the two mechanics behind him supervising this very complex fix.
  19. This year will be my first haunt visit and since I'm moving to SoCal it won't be the last! It's going to be great having such an amazing event only 20 minutes from my house.
  20. "Adventure City" in Beuna Park to finally ride the ghetto wild mouse, September 1.
  21. Looking good! Especially for us Zeppelin AND B&M fans, it's not gonna get much better than this. B&M has definately been building some STEEP lifts recently, I love em!
  22. There's a travelling fun house run by Reithoffer Shows that I see at the Brockton Fair (MA) every year that has this same last trick of dropping visitors onto a rolling slide, I had no idea it existed in such an older fun house, it's really a neat trick!
  23. I wasn't expecting the launch both times I rode and I really liked the mummies that dropped down right before the launch, they scared the hell outta me! One thing I liked about the Hollywood version was the longer more coasterish backwards section.
  24. Weird... it'll be interesting to see it operating. This coaster looks like it can't decide what it is.
  25. That was both interesting and creepy... What's with the jesus statue in the middle of a theme park?
