  1. Yeah, I feel that not having a moment like this is a complete missed opportunity considering the setting!
  2. Last week on X2 the restraint loosened a little bit at 'that moment' at the very top of the hill. Just a little...I guess I didn't realize that those restraints have 'clicks.' A little freaky but I knew I would be fine lol.
  3. I encountered my first and only "Shooting Skeeball" at Mundo Divertido in Tijuana, Mexico. The balls came out at different speeds so you couldn't just aim it in the right place and keep shooting. Also, I got a higher score than my friend but he got more tickets awarded. I <3 Mexico.
  4. Can't wait to see your TR!!! Hope you have a great time up here
  5. I plan on going to: Six Flags Mexico La Feria de Chapultepec Selva Magica and maybe...hopefully Bosque Magico We're all *shocked*....right???? right?!
  6. SATURDAY WAS OFF THE HOOK P A C K E D !!! MUST HAVE BEEN 100,000 PEEPS IN THERE. CARS WERE PARKING IN FILLMORE (WELL THEY WERE PARKING AT NEW SUNKIST BUILDING) .... IT WAS PACKED BUT FUN AT SAME TIME. I PITY PEEPS THAT WERE FIRST TIMERS AND MIGHT NOT HAVE GOTTEN FRONT OF THE LINE MAZE PASSES. THROTTLE PLAZA WAS PLACE TO BE AT SAME TIME DC UNIVERSE HAD THE NUMBERS. I wouldn't be surprised if a fair amount of those guests visited because they saw the animated POV of TC on Facebook and expected it to be open. LOL I highly doubt that. It was Saturday, it's fright fest, there is a good SP deal right now, the weathers nice, it's open till 1am. Not rocket science.
  7. It is indeed Chile, and the Tagada packed P:TR is right here
  8. Also, according to one of Martins TRs, it appears that pretty much every park in Argentina has one Or was it Chile. Not sure. But yeah. South America.
  9. A flat or two in the area will add the necessary 'movement' the area needs to really keep people back there for an extended period of time. A dead end with no food or flats will eventually just turn onto another dead section...again...regardless of any attempts at themeing.
  10. Beides the wild mice and raton locos, I have ridden Colossus and Ninja at SFMM all by myself. Both rides were during TPR WCB ERT. My buddies and I had a Forward Superman train to ourselves (4 people, one row), but that's not the same as chillin alone on Colossus. Just you and the parking lot. And a bunch of wood.
  11. Schwarzy loops...particularly Montana Infinitums. YOLO's loop with the stall at the top. Such a cool feeling. Whatever inversion #3 on Scream! is called.
  12. I was also up at the park yesterday, Friday October 17th. Here are some random thoughts. -Got my Gold Pass. The new passes have no name or picture on them, they write your name on the back. It's tacky but you can't beat the 30 seconds it took to process. -The park seemed ready for a more crowded day. We saw them closing shops early (around 8pm) presumably due to the lack of crowds. -X2's line started in the station because everybody was walking up the ramp and nobody was going to the stairs on the other side. The ride was rougher than usual (right side row 6). -Ninja and Apocolypse both had single train operations. They also had the laziest, slowest, and least inspired ride ops we encountered all day. Single train ops with station load times above 5 minutes. They were even stacking Ninja. Seriously! -All the other rides we went on had very efficient and hard working ride ops. -Regarding Ninja, we rode at night and the lack of trees really reminded me of when it opened. Yeah, it opened up the views a bit but I remember the near-misses with support columns being the highlight anyway. So that was nice. -Apocolypse at night with the lights out in the front row is still such a great coaster experience. Everybody was bunched up at the station entrance leaving the front of the train with 1-2 car waits. -I still like Scream! I don't care where it is or what you have to say. I'd be willing to bet that it's going to become more popular in the very near future due to its new neighbor. -Taking a friend on YOLO without explaining what happens after it 'disappears behind the hill' is truly one of the most hilarious things you can ever do to somebody. -The 'Nachos with choice of meat' at the mexican place in the back of the park is a really good value as far as value at SFMM goes. -We only did the two mazes at the top of the hill. We were spoiled by the non-existant ride waits so when the mazes started hitting 30 minute waits we were like 'meh eff it.' -The dole whip isn't as good as it is at Disneyland, but it remains to be the only pinapple flavored anything that I like. -Throughout the day, we were line-jumped 0 times, had no issues with unruly people, and everybody was really pleasant. There were a lot of straight couples making out and a lot of gay couples holding hands. Cute. -The parking was only about half full when we left the park (all the way to the edge of Colossus). -People that wear roller coaster shirts always look angry. Why is that?
  13. Superman El Ultimo Escape. One, because it's the only morgan hyper I've been on, and two because it's in Mexico so it wins by default
  14. Snow White Mine Train at WDW? lol
  15. ^I was wondering if people wonder around the ship for the remainder of the cruise with their medals on. I was curious, is there any part of the ship that is NOT a 'favorite hangout' of yours?
  16. I think he is saying that you might need to wait until 2016 or later to join a TPR trip...
  17. Cool report! So you know, it's standard operation on the W e s t C o a s t e r to run the circuit twice. Can't wait for more! Love seeing impressions of my little corner of the world!
  18. TOT "good tower" at WDW. Har har har.
  19. I don't know if this fits into the category, but Space Mountain at DL was essentially rebuilt with new track. The new ride experience is much smoother. If I recall, didn't Ghostrider get a reprofile in the finale helix as well?
  20. Charge the passholders $5 a pop for advance reservations. Or more. I actually think this is a brilliant solution
  21. I'm surprised you didn't say the Zombie ride in Mexico. LOL Larry!!! Totally forgot about that ride but yes, I should have said that. I have my fingers crossed for Medusa Steel Coaster in a couple of weeks!!!
  22. Another vote for Twisted Colossus, only because it's the one I KNOW I will ride, being here in awesome California and all.
