Wes Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 The bunnyhills still has airtime, just not as much. The rest of the ride still has larger doses of airtime on the big drops and such. It's not as good as it was, but it's still a very good ride. Just thought I'd clear that up.
robbalvey Posted December 5, 2005 Author Posted December 5, 2005 ^ I agree. That's what I've said all along. The trims are a bummer, but it's not as bad as it could be. I still think the ride is great. --Robb
coasterfreak101 Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 That was sweet, very funny. I should have been there, I have the song nailed Thanks for sharing, do you have a vieo showing the old airtime the coaster used to give?
dandaman Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 "Lalalalalalala....WEEEEE! Lalalalalalala....WEEEEE!" Best part of that vid was Robb going "CRAAAAAAAZIIIINESSSSS!" I honestly fell out of my chair laughing... Ow.
Angry_Gumball Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 Vertical Loop was probably the funniest part along with the launch and of course, the craziness!
AznShortBoi8021 Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 The launch and vertical loop parts were the funniest. Don't me wrong, the whole movie was funny, too. "Lalalalalala weee! Lalalalala weee!"
Carnage Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 lol What have I gotten myself into on the UK trip.
robbalvey Posted December 5, 2005 Author Posted December 5, 2005 What have I gotten myself into on the UK trip. Hopefully one of the best park trips you'll ever have! --Robb
DATman Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 ^lol. I am so doing one of your trips. How old do you have to be again???
SharkTums Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 No minimum age... 15 and under at the time of the trip must have a parent or guardian with them. 16 & 17 year olds must have their family sign there life away on a bunch of forms, but may go on their own. 18 & up, you're an adult! (at least on paper!)
DATman Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 OK! So, I'll go with you guys durring my senior year!!!
Carnage Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 What have I gotten myself into on the UK trip. Hopefully one of the best park trips you'll ever have! --Robb lol yeah I'm sure it will be. It'll definetly be one of the most comfortable. At Rideworld we found out the hard way that you shouldn't stick 13 adults in a 15 passenger van with enough luggage for a week.
tinkerbell Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 LMAO! That was hilarious! And none of you lost your voice?
niiicolaaah Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 "Here comes my favourite part!" "...The trim brake??" Does anyone have a video of the ride with the soundtrack going? I'd be interested to hear it.
ScOtT k Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 http://americacoasters.com/videos/calscreamin/ soundtrack and video, at the bottom.
Chris Benvenuto Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 Wow, Incredible, and I thought my dad was nuts. Robb: CRRRAAAZZYYY! Jeff: Ladeda whee! ladeda whee!
robbalvey Posted December 12, 2005 Author Posted December 12, 2005 Going back and looking at the video clip, it just doens't seem rough or "shakey" at all to me. Anyone else (besides Twister II) really notice CA Screamin' being rough lately? I'm just wondering what could have happend during his ride. --Robb "And we were also riding in the back...." Alvey
What Now Posted December 12, 2005 Posted December 12, 2005 I think depends on the train you are in. The last ride I had on was buttery smooth, but I sometimes get an "Intamin Rattle" from it. I wouldn't say it's ever "really rough" by any means.
Twister II Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 The soundtrack never worked for me either (except once). I swear, I hated riding in back. For my 2 rides back their, it was pure rattling and shaking pretty much the whole time.
some kid in LA Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 lalalalalala whoo! lol insant classic! like the manhattan express VID.
OldJJman Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 That---is sooooo embarrassing!! Robb, shame on you!! JJ
