coasterguy618 Posted October 1, 2005 Posted October 1, 2005 What park is your homepark? Mines SFGadv, i live about 25 mins away from it.
coasterfreak101 Posted October 1, 2005 Posted October 1, 2005 Six Flags America!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!! 20-30 mins away on a good day!!!
tinkerbell Posted October 1, 2005 Posted October 1, 2005 SFMW even though it's like 45 min. away from my house..it's still closer than PGA though which is like an hour and a half away.
CoasterFanatic Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 Kennywood. Others // Haven't we already been down this road
SLUSHIE Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 SFMW BTW I think Robb has done something like this before.
sfmmFREAK Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 i have 2. universal studios, and of course, SFMM BABY!!!
Kroger8 Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 SFOG woot, actually Carowinds should really be my home park, but I consider SFOG my actual home park.
chauncey Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. I've never lived more than 30 minutes away, and currently live about 10 minutes away. I sort of wish I didn't, though. Amazing rides like Montu are completely boring, because I've done them all 1,000 times. Oh, well.
CoasterCrazy Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 My home park is SFOG! My home park is going to be the home to the first hyper coaster in the south next year!
ShoubraStreet74 Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 (edited) I live a pretty short distance from KBF, SFMM, and DLR, oh yeah, and Universal Studios Hollywood I like all of them, and despite SFMM's bad reputation, I think it's a great park. Edited October 2, 2005 by ShoubraStreet74
CedarPoint6 Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 Currently my home park is an hour and a half away on the other side of the Atlanta (SFOG). Before we moved here, I was about 30 min. from Dutch Wonderland (little crappy park) and an hour or so from Hersheypark.
Blazen_AZN Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 Mine are DCA, DL, SFMM, KBF, and Universal Studios... yeah, there all within like 45 minutes.... i just realized how spoiled californians are!
What Now Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 USH-30 minutes SFMM- 45 minutes DLR- 90 minutes KBF- 90 minutes
coaster1 Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 Hmm old topics restarted and live again .. SFOT - 45mins Sandy Lake - 15mins Frontier City - 3hrs State Fair - 25mins
SonOfBeastSucks Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 I live in Indianapolis and there isn't a park nearby (besides the Indianapolis Zoo with its kiddie credit), but there are several around two hours away. PKI, SFKK and IB are all fairly close. I would have the say the final choice is PKI. I'm not sure if it is the closest or not but I am at PKI most often.
niiicolaaah Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 I consider Canada's Wonderland my home park since i've been there every year since i was three. But there are others that are closer: martin's fantasy island - less than a mile away marineland - 20 mins away sf darien lake - 30 mins away pcw - 1.5 hours away (so I guess it's MFI... lame!)
YoshiFan Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 Sesame Place about 30 minutes away. Closest "real" park is Dorney Park about 50 minutes away.
live2tell75 Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 Mine are: Busch Gardens Tampa Bay 30 minutes Walt Disney World Resort 90 minutes Cypress Gardens Adventure Park 90 minutes Sea World Orlando 105 minutes Universal Orlando 105 minutes
X Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 SFMM-45 min USH-55 min KBF-80 min DLR- 90 min Kevin"I would say SFMM"Bujold
