  1. I'm going to guess a turkey themed Huss Topple Tower. The latest Holiblog post about a bird swooping down to devour a chicken leg that had been thrown near Paula's car instantly made me think of the Topple Towers that have the weird bird head mounted on the top. The ride seems like it would be a pretty good fit at Holiday World. They look very family friendly!
  2. Here's a video of Steel Hawg testing that I found on YouTube: It looks like a lot of fun! The brakes on the drop slow it down quite a bit, so it doesn't seem like it would be painful. Can't wait to hear some reviews! -Josh
  3. I'm around a half hour or so outside of Terre Haute, in Greene County.
  4. Guilty! I own... 5! Three Shuffles, 1 Video, and 1 Nano. Don't ask; I can't help the obsession! I even buy them for friends and family.
  5. Yep! In line for Holiday World's "Howler" coaster with a friend several years back, a woman and her son (in a wheelchair) accused us of cutting in line when we had gotten there before she did! We were pretty persistent in telling her that we hadn't moved from that spot, but she refused to give up! We went to the back of the line to avoid any further trouble, which I now regret doing (I should have just ignored her; she was very rude). The line was barely 10 minutes long anyhow. I guess this isn't really ASKING to cut, but rather demanding to cut!
  6. I kind of like the name "Rush" as in "adrenaline rush." Hmm...
  7. I could really see a Chance Swinging Ship ride going into the Thanksgiving section, but it may be a little weird since the Voyage is themed to the Mayflower (I believe?), so two ships in one section may be strange. But it would definitely fit! As for Splashin' Safari, I've been day dreaming of them putting in a Master Blaster type slide, but I doubt they will do that. --Josh
  8. I understand what he's saying, but I'm not sure if it's relevant on most coasters. Is this the case for all/most coasters? If so, awesome! (I'm not sure why I find that amazing, lol.)
  9. In a new update at PointBuzz there are some very interesting new track sections - http://pointbuzz.com/Gallery.aspx?i=4553 . I've never seen Intamin track like that! Is it on any other Intamin coasters?
  10. A lot of IOA uses crazy colors too, but I think that park is awesome! Anyway, this is an awesome park! I look forward to more updates on this!

  12. I'm going to guess Kennywood since they have that Jack Rabbit coaster and that's the only thing I can get out of the rabbit picture. Also, counting their current and past coasters they've had 17, 17 is the first number of your fortune. -Josh "long time reader, first time poster!"
